I recently bought a Ram 1500 truck with 110000 miles on it and I can't be happier with Keith the salesman and the guys there. They go through a lot of vehicles there as they keep their prices reasonable. Sure the cars can have high miles and i did drive some cars that did have noticeable signs of that age, but as long as you go in with a bit of that expectation, I'm not sure anyone has a reason to complain. I can only comment on my experience, but I just had a problem with tire balance and a seat belt latch they fixed for free, after that work there was a loose tie rod making a clunk. Gary was initially gruff, but after a short conversation he invited me over for him to drive it so he could hear it. He and his mechanic Dan took it out for a drive and fixed it within a short time. Absolutely the worst owner and customer service in the area. The owner could carr less about his customers. We bought a car from him. Within a week or so we realized that it had some problems. I called him to ask if he could check it out since we had a 30 day warranty and he made up some excuses why we could not! He actually hung up on me, so no more cars will be bought from him. One of the worst Experiences I ever had at a Car dealership. Went there with pregnant wife to get car. Sold us vehicle that had banging sounds the next day. Came back in to see if they will help and owner wasn't very happy we came back. So I asked what can they do for us and he said keep driving until the sound gets worst and then they could figure out what happened. Explained pregnant wife drives car and asked to return car. Owner threatened us. Walked up to me and said how about we say I gave you your money back and don't give it to you. What will u do about it. In shock he would say that after buying that vehicle from him 4 days prior and being the car is for a pregnant young lady. Owner a plan thug wanna be. Don't buy a car there. I almost though about buying here. Thank you for the reviews. Protecting consumers from dishonest bad dealerships. Again, we are paying thousands for used cars. The law states clearly. Must be roadworthy. Dealers are certifying a truth in disclosure to the state of New York when they sake the cars, stating they are safe, roadworthy, pass alk point inspectiins. Look at the inspection requirements for NY. If any used car is sold with the inpected areas are not working, then the inspection was a fail that was passed and that is a lawsuit. You have to enforce your buyers righrs against these dishonest car deaoers,sellers. Get the car checked out. Pay the fee so you don't get taken for thousands. read more

Signed a contract, then found out I'm being charged double the price of the vehicle, after being rushed through the signing of the contract itself, sales person stating " it's just everything that we have already gone over" hahaha, my fault I guess for not reading it, oh well lesson learned read more

Stay away from this dealer at all cost!! We drove less than 15 minutes from the dealership and had a issue with the driver's window. The owner said and I quote " If you wanted a perfect vehicle, with absolutely no issues at all, there are several new car stores in the area, where you could spend $30,000 to $40,000 on a new vehicle of the same caliber. Heed my "EEK", as well with this joint. They don't know their brass from a hole in your muffler. My story is a bit over 2 mos. of purchase for a used Subaru that had issues prior to purchase-I was assured the axles were replaced-as well as some other KNOWN things. I just had a "leak" taken care of in one of those "replaced axles", and was TOLD never to return. Now, I was a dumb bunny and in desperation bought from this place when I should have heeded the google warnings. I was also told a leaky head gasket was nothing to worry about--just check to make sure the oil isn't mixing with coolant. Like I bought this heap to have to lift the hood constantly and check fluids!!! I was made fun of for questioning how warm the front metal part of this vehicle gets. Another mechanic told me it was actually a possible "sign" of something amiss in the engine. Turns out they were right!! A month after driving it away, the coolant level dropped enough to affect interior temp. gague to NOT MOVE UP!! I filed with the BBB, and someone at the used car lot, don't know WHO said the car was rated as 'excellent" at an independent shop I took it to prior to putting a deposit down. NOW, the OPPOSITE WAS TRUE. I was informed of the "life" left on the brakes, a leaky seal that was making the engine smoke to the point a motorist yelled out during a test drive that smoke was pouring out of it. Like I stated, I was d.e.s.p.e.r.a.t.e. I was told the smell of solvents sprayed on engine would dissipate in wks, but 2 mos.later, I can still smell burning when I accelerate. When I turn the ignition to OFF I hear an electrical "straining" noise..so I know what's coming next! I tried to talk to the owner again, and he told me to leave him alone, no e-mails. Seems he didn't like the BBB filing. I tried to reason with this owner even before the 30 day warranty expired to help me with repair costs at least!!!! I am typing this out to inform potential used car buyers to avoid this place based on lack of honesty and integrity. My little trade in sold fast, and I was honest with every aspect of the car. Now I live with regret, feel taken advantage of, and quite foolish. I forgot another key thing: I went with a short list to get attention for some issues that really were not fixed, and promised to work properly before purchase. The owner told me he'd look at it after he fixed the axle issue. As soon as it was done, I was forced to sign a paper, and that was when I was rudely asked to vacate his property. We of faith must stand at that day, and be held accountable. For others, karma just MIGHT come around. 5 Months Later, yet another axle needs to be replaced. Tie rods might be an issue on my NEXT visit to a mechanic-also suggested the timing belt might be on its way OUT. If you don't have some disposable cash to burn, this is NOT the place to buy a car. To say this is overwhelming is an understatement. A local mechanic is being very kind to me and giving me lower repair costs for this unfortunate purchase. He told me he feels both angry and sad that people like this owner so clearly take advantage of it seems, "women and seniors". Year later: This "rust bucket" I was told looks good on the outside, but ohhh boyyy that rust!!! This is the purchase that keeps on giving and giving as I"m giving money to auto maintenance garages up and down the mason/dixon line!! read more
