I wanna like this place, its location works for me and pricing is decent. I have been here several times and I wanna give it the best possible, ... but it's been frustrating lately. I have great service for dip nails and lots of colors to choose from. I've been here a lot for pedicures as well, they will say they have a walk-in available and then put you in a pedicure chair and you sit/soak for 30-40 minutes before someone is available. This last time, it was 2 hours for a regular pedicure and dip manicure. I got home and about 3 hours later paint fell off a toenail so I went in the next morning and they fixed it for free. I went for a walk in the afternoon and another toenail was naked when I took my socks off - literally 24 hours later I've had to go back twice for a fix!! They have a very clean, classic vibe with a huge tv. Always a good HGRV show on. It's quiet, quaint compared to come of the bigger places around. I'd go for nails done, but maybe somewhere else for a pedicure and maybe I just had a bad pedicure this time. I really like this place, I think it's just a lil' inconsistent. read more

I go here all the time. Gel manicures are great! They last me 3 wks. Prices are very reasonable. I always just walkin always get waited on.

Visiting from out of town- went with friends because they have been here before. Horrible service, not friendly. Paid for a Deluxe spa- lasted 20 minutes- no massage. Not what the description says. Then asked for gel nails- again no massage with that. Cannot believe the service- would never recommend. Then charged me $75 - Would not recommend to anyone. My friends regular pedicure only lasted 15 minutes. Absolutely poor customer service. read more

If i could give this zero stars I would. Worst nails shop I've been too. I got a pedicure and brows done. My pedicure was rushed my toes look horrible like I did them myself. My eyebrows she missed places that are noticeable that should have hair removed. I don't give a lot of chances with trying new places and I understand why. I've been going here for years but I'm changing nail salons! The past few times I came here I've had issues. Today when I went I was rushed out of the chair when someone else walked in. I had got a pedicure and I asked the woman to put toe separators so my polish wouldn't get messed up. She said "no" and guess what happened!? My polish got messed up. So then my nails had to be redone which was ridiculous and they still charged me full price. I refuse to spend my money at a place that doesn't value me as a customer. read more

I went there today and they did a great job with my nails. The wait was only about 5 minutes and they were super busy. There was also a great special going on. They're super cheap and they do good work. Would definitely recommend especially for college students. They have so many colors to choose from and everyone that worked there was very nice. read more

I would prefer to give zero stars. I relocated here a year ago and found this salon and just loved it. Last night I went in to get my nails done. The gentleman was extremely rude. My nails and cuticles looked horrible. When I pulled $40 out and laid it on the counter the gentleman picked up the cash, never looked at me and walked away and said thank you. The 10 minutes prior to my leaving it must've been quite a joke to them. What they didn't know was that I had downloaded the app so I was able to understand everything they were saying about me. I used to walk in the salon and see it full and more than willing to wait. Now you can walk right in, it's always empty. Now I understand, because the customer service is so horrible. If I didn't have a full-time job I would be willing to stand out on the highway with a sign letting people know do not go to this salon. read more

I have been coming here for years because of the prices and friendly staff. They have always been great with my daughters. After yesterday I will not be returning. My 12 year old saved up to get a dip manicure, but they told her they couldn't do dip with tips. She agreed to gel instead, but it looked nothing like the picture she asked them to replicate, which they said they could do. My 13 year old got dip, and the gentlemen working on her also said he could match the picture, but did not. When I asked why it looked different (she was upset but didn't want to make big deal) from what she asked for he was rude. I asked if the one nail with design (on each hand) could be redone to match what she requested and he redid it. However, he was very fast, apparently irritated and left her cuticles messy. We had to show them ton different staff member and they cleaned them up for her. Two of her nails also had rough edges we had to file down. I understand my daughters are young, but I paid for a full manicure and should have gotten more quality results. If they could not handle the designs we asked for they should have said so. It's unfortunate because my stylist, who did a pedicure and basic dip, was great. The two gentlemen who worked with my daughters were not, and that was disappointing. read more

I hate this place. They were incredibly rude to me. I came in for a fill and the guy I got was so rude. He made fun of me and was very aggressive with my hands. I asked if I did anything to offend him and he said, "No No we are almost done." And then he kept asking if I'd been there before. Which I had one other time and got a fill. It was only 19$ then and today he told me it was 28$ I asked why and he just kept saying that's what it always been. Because I knew I couldn't argue I just gave it to him and left. Worse pedicure. I'm writing this after midnight because I can't sleep because the tips of my toes hurt so much from whatever she did to them. No massage! Stopped working for several minutes while she whispered to her coworker next to her. We paid for Deluxe but afterwards I realized we didn't get some of the features on the Deluxe description. Clipped my nail but didn't go all the way to the side of my nail so she ripped the rest of it off with her fingers. My toenails are now so short there's no white left. The cuticle around one big toe bled where she was too aggressive with trimming. At the end she poured alcohol over my toes and as they stung I realized she was disinfecting all the places she cut too deep. I wish I knew her name. She should have her license revoked. read more

This place was pretty decent. The prices aren't bad and they did exactly what I wanted. It could be cleaner-I noticed some of the tubs on the chairs had a lot of old residue on them. I got the French manicure deluxe pedicure for $25. ($22 for deluxe and extra $3 for French tips) They take walk ins. The chairs are pretty comfortable. I would go here again. read more

The atmosphere is really nice, but the people don't really speak up, it's kind of hard to understand them, but I don't blame them. The guy who did my nails was kind of rude, and he would speak in a different language with the other people and I kind of felt like they were making fun of me? Not sure though. The prices are really good though, once you go a few times it shouldn't be a problem understanding their system. It's only 17 dollars for a full set of acrylics and make sure to add a tip. Do not go here! The people working here are rude. I wanted my nails to be painted white. The whole nail. When I saw him putting on white tips I said I want my whole nail to be white. After repeatedly saying I asked for a white nail not tip he begun to call me silly girl and started to raise his voice at me in his native language. I did not understand what he said but based on his tone and volume it was not nice. I ended up paying the price he charged which was $10 more than what I wanted cost and leaving with my nails half done. I will not be coming back.
