Today is my son's first day of the Keystone South Camp…read more Maybe it is too early to write a review, but there is reason why I wrote a review now. First of all, my son really enjoyed his first day of the camp. Today he tried Archery which he had wanted to learn since last year and finally today he tried &enjoyed even it was too heavy than he expected. He said that he couldn't decide which activities he would do tomorrow, too many interesting activities to choose. However, this is not my main reason to write a review. This morning I had a transportation problem. I checked the webpage about the bus pick up location and time. But it was not updated new location &time. so I missed the bus and called the camp. Meg answered the phone. And she didn't hesitate. She apologized about the mistake and drove right away personally to pick up my boy. I was so impressed. Also I got an apology email from Mike, the camp founder, and he updated his website already. Their action to solve the problem is excellent.

The fun starts at the bus pick up and at the end of the day your kiddo gets home happy and tired. The staff here really goes above and beyond and puts so much effort into what they do. There are weekly special events and fun themes that make the kids excited to come back every day. Crazy hair day and tie dyeing were favorites in our house this summer! Next summer our family will plan our vacation around the Keystone schedule because our daughter doesn't want to miss a day!

My girls started when they were 1 year old at the Gyminny 4S location and haven't stopped! The coaches for rec and competitive classes are kind, patient, and truly invested in each child's growth, both physically and emotionally. I love that they focus on proper technique while still making practices fun and encouraging. The gym is always clean and well organized, and I feel confident knowing my child is learning in a safe, positive environment. Seeing my children's confidence grow because of their ever developing physical abilities has been a true highlight.

We had a wonderful experience and the staff was very welcoming, caring, and honest - you see, our son at the time had yet to be diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). We were aware of his challenges, but didn't know what was causing them or how to help him. It was often an embarrassing and frustrating thing to experience as parents. However, the team at KidVentures, as well as the owner, guided us and supported us in our initial journey to have him evaluated - even though they didn't have to. Although he wasn't a good fit at the time for their program, I am indebted to their care and acceptance of him (and us). Because of those initial conversations around his development/challenges, we had him evaluated and eventually diagnosed. We identified him early and began those early ASD interventions and now he's 8 and thriving! Flash forward to July 2024: we have moved back to SD after a few years in Texas to be closer to family during Covid...and now our daughter, 3 years old, was ready for summer camp before school starts in the fall. I remembered how much we enjoyed KidVentures and reached out. Unfortunately their Liberty Station location was full, but it was great that this location had an opening for her! Yet again, we were warmly welcomed (the owner even remembered us!) and our daughter is thriving here during camp. We know she's in a fun and safe environment during the day where she gets to socialize, play, and engage in fun activities. Thank you KidVentures Preschool for always being a safe haven for us as a family. Your staff is just wonderful!

Absolutely Love this gym! We first tried an open gym session to see if it was something my toddler…read more(3yr) would like it. The open gym session was just what we needed. She was able to go an explore all areas of the gym with assistance from Ms. Steph (she is the best!) After our open gym session, Ms. Caitlyn followed up with us via email seeing if we were interested. And we were. The following day Ms. Steph call us and we got all signed up. A few days later my daughter had her first grommets class and Ms. Steph welcomed her in like we had been part of the grommets group for years. All the other little girls were all so sweet and welcoming also. Such a great little bunch. My daughter has attend 3 classes now and loves it. She is learning so much. I love that they go over all aspects, floor, beam, bars, and cant forget the big long trampoline- my daughters favorite part :) I am so excited to see how she grows with this sport. Thank you Ms. Steph for all your patience and dedication to these girls!! If you are on the fence about joining- definitely check out an open gym session!

Staff walked around the room teaching kids what to do. Kids play computer games and learn to change it. Half the time kid seemed to be playing games. Half the time coding. They are always interacting with the kids unlike other YMCA locations. They always update me on what my child was doing or what skills they practiced(cleaning up, sharing). I also love the outdoor pool for my young son. He can gain confidence in the water since it is pretty shallow. The deck is really nice and comfortable with a lot of shade from the umbrellas. I always recommend the YMCA to anyone with kids. I feel like the childwatch and programs add such a great value. The gym here is also really nice with update equipment. It is really clean and air conditioned well.
