The employees at this location specifically lied to us and being that a senior citizen of 80 + years old was asking for their service, the attendant thought that they could do as they please and specifically upcharged the ground service to express and this costing approx 50 dollars extra. I really think that the public shoudl be aware of the deceptive practices that FEDEX office uses at this location. A small amount of effort was needed to do the right thing, and the people at this location lack the desire and pride of being gainfully employed and truly provide customer service. I am so disappointed in their lazy attitude and the deceptive upcharging I am going to file a complaint with FED EX corporate. Senior Abuse at the MAX here. Image totally tarnished. Oh yeah, nothing has changed here in the past couple of years except a few items that they used to offer. Any snacks they sell here, if you're interested in chips or a candy bar are almost always past their expectation date: stale chips or old tasting candy bars. They do have a notary which comes in handy. Since the location is convenient, I drop off U.S. mail off. Shipping is expensive here, but regular dropping off of letters for U.S. Postal is fine. They sell stamps which comes in handy, too.

There's customers inside they waived me off. So I cannot come in. And all I had to do was pick up the mail that I have in a mailbox and a package that I got notification. For delivery in the last 30 years, I have always had, a UPS mailbox, so as of july third I will be canceling my UPS, as the degradation of services especially at this location, i've continued, the people inside are rude, they are quite mocking, i primarily speak English. And they may rude comments in Spanish to each other about me Not thinking that I know spanish because I always talk to them in english. Here it is now quarter after 7, and they are just letting people out of the store. I have brought this up to corporate before, and they said that they would do something about it, but they've obviously not done anything they are not going to do anything, u p s used to be a premier brand and then, and now all it does is falter and pass blame from one side to the other side, and they all pretend they know nothing.
