I really think that the public shoudl be aware of the deceptive practices that FEDEX office uses at this location. A small amount of effort was needed to do the right thing, and the people at this location lack the desire and pride of being gainfully employed and truly provide customer service. For a major holiday weekend, I was quoted at having a Wednesday delivery (not bad). Of course, I was given a tracking number with my receipt. Additional products such as PO boxes were noted toward the front of the store, yet I didn't require one due to being in the RGV area on vacation.
