I had a package to pick up here. There is plenty of parking. All I had to do was provide the tracking number and an ID showing my name and the destination address. Bait and switch, slacking work force and zero customer service. I was lied to and as I was following fedex's own policies, and their posted and confirmed schedules. The employees at this location specifically lied to us and being that a senior citizen of 80 + years old was asking for their service, the attendant thought that they could do as they please and specifically upcharged the ground service to express and this costing approx 50 dollars extra. I really think that the public shoudl be aware of the deceptive practices that FEDEX office uses at this location. A small amount of effort was needed to do the right thing, and the people at this location lack the desire and pride of being gainfully employed and truly provide customer service. I am so disappointed in their lazy attitude and the deceptive upcharging I am going to file a complaint with FED EX corporate. Senior Abuse at the MAX here. Image totally tarnished. I usually never have problems here but lately service has been horrible! Would not recommend if you are pregnant, elderly or injured and need assistance with a box over 50 lbs. When I asked for help they said it was "just them 2 working sooo...". I got the hint and asked for a dolly in an empty store and struggled but finally took the package in myself. She said she'd have to cut it open to see the shipping protection used. I've shipped over 50 thousand packages with various companies, never have had this done in 15 years. After she opened it she said it wasn't enough bubble wrap to ship and so I put it right back into my car and drove to UPS where the guy was so lovely - he offered to help get my package out of the car and suggested the appropriate packing for me to safely. We arrived at the store, looking around for a few minutes, no one acknowledged us. The staff was not even busy. My coworker was looking to get his business cards printed. We wasted about 15minutes, trying to figure it out, uploaded the file only to be told it'll take about a week for the cards to get done and shipped. With all the online services that being offered nowadays, I really hope printing offices like this wont be going out of business anytime soon (like Blockbuster got taken over by Netflix and Redbox), especially with the kind of customer service that they offer, not exactly a motivation to make the drive here and wait some more. read more

Really nice people work here but it is slower than the usual less than average speed of checkout at FedEx Office locations around the country. This location has the full setup with the computers you can self-serve, and the shop of office supplies you didn't know you needed up front. Because the employees are busy with multiple tasks, there seems to always be a lot of people waiting to be helped here. Inevitably there is someone needing to ship an odd sized item, so one or two employees are busy creating a box that will be perfect for the shipment. Other employees are in the back collating or putting projects together for people doing presentations for work or school. That usually leaves one person at the counter to get all of the other regular shipments taken care of. The lady who helped me was very sweet, but you could tell she is overworked and overwhelmed. The managers here could delegate work in a better way to break down the line and make things more efficient. read more

I had walked in here aggravated dealing with morning traffic. I had like 7 items to bring in, still to be boxed. Courtney helped me with prices and finding right sizes for some of the bigger items. She was soft spoken and even calmed my mood. Weird to say, but I needed that. People drive like maniacs man. You'd be surprised at how far customer service really goes because you honestly never know what somebody is/was dealing with. read more

I went in to ship a package after waiting in line for 15 mins. I was told that my package couldn't be ship due to it been package in brown shipping paper. That I could buy a box if I wanted but it couldn't be shipped they way I had it. So I went home to get a box and placed my package in the box I went back and the same gentleman helped Me as said it he couldn't ship it due to the box being flimsy. I told him that I have tape to secure the box and he said I won't ship it like that. I told him you told me to get a box I got a box I taped the box and I can add more tape to secure it if need be. He then said to me this is my assistant manager and said she can help her with the shipment and turned around and walked away. I had another employee come and help me because the assistant manager was not available since she was assisting another customer and she proceeded to ship the box as it is no problem. read more

I had my package redirected to the store on N. 10th and it was sent to another location. I was never advised it was sent somewhere else. I was told it was left at my house and someone else signed for it. I was also told I could not speak to customer service because it was closed. I called customer service as soon I left the store and was advised it was sent to another location closer to my home. I wasted my afternoon driving to another town to pick up my item. read more

Terrible customer service- the 2 employees took over 15 mins to print two black and white pages I requested, and once it was printed, proceeded to take a 10 min phone call before providing me with the papers. I refused due to how long it took and because I was rudely ignored and ultimately walked out empty handed. If you are in a hurry or value being acknowledged in a basic way, I would avoid this particular store. read more

This place has saved my bacon on more than one occasion when I've needed a quick print order, emergency wifi, etc. It's not the most glamorous of business, but definitely one you can rely on in a pinch. read more
