Never again! I went to Quips and Quotes to ship a box I had sold on ebay yesterday but they were…read moreclosed, so I saw The Mail Pak store next door and thought "hey that's convenient." So I stopped in and shipped my package through them. I get home and look at the shipping charge and it's triple the average cost through the Post office. I believe in making a profit but triple the average is over the top. My elders used to say "You can shear a sheep many times, but you can only butcher it once!" Never again Mail Pak!

I used to hate having to go to FedEx and USPS and stand in line for 30 to 45 minutes just to ship a package. I've yet to heve to wait more than 10 minutes at this location. Most of the time I just need to drop it off and I'm outdoor in a matter of a couple of minutes. A huge convenience and I don't have to go all the way to Pharr to ship FedEx. You can also get a U-Haul truck there. I haven't needed to get one yet, but knowing that I can get one there would save me so much time than going to another store to get one. Surprisingly, she can also make a copy of a key for you. Last time I needed a key, Walmart took 25 minutes just to get somebody to go over there to the department to make the key for me. The lady at 1 Stop Mailbox was able to make three house keys in under 5 minutes. All of them work perfectly well. Best part, their prices are the same as far as I can tell than going to FedEx or USPS. Having it located right off the expressway makes it really convenient for me to get there quickly. With their friendly and knowledgeable staff, I'm sure I'll be using them to ship my packages for many years to come. I highly recommend coming here if you need to ship DHL, FedEx, or USPS.

They work with the USPS, DHL, FEDEX and UPS. They can pack it for you as well as ship your items. Or you can pack it yourself and take it to them. They carry a limited but significant line of shipping and office supplies, offer passport photo and copy services also. The young lady who attended me was friendly, efficient and informative. Prices are competitive. I had to return an item through FedEx and it sure beat going all the way to the Pharr Main FedEx office and service was better, no lines and more pleasant overall. I'll remember that next time I need a FedEx service.

So I have a package that I get notification.For, i decided to go pick it up.I get stuck in traffic…read morea little bit, it is six fifty nine, when I arrive at the store, walk over to the door it's already locked. There's customers inside they waived me off. So I cannot come in. And all I had to do was pick up the mail that I have in a mailbox and a package that I got notification. For delivery in the last 30 years, I have always had, a UPS mailbox, so as of july third I will be canceling my UPS, as the degradation of services especially at this location, i've continued, the people inside are rude, they are quite mocking, i primarily speak English. And they may rude comments in Spanish to each other about me Not thinking that I know spanish because I always talk to them in english. Here it is now quarter after 7, and they are just letting people out of the store. I have brought this up to corporate before, and they said that they would do something about it, but they've obviously not done anything they are not going to do anything, u p s used to be a premier brand and then, and now all it does is falter and pass blame from one side to the other side, and they all pretend they know nothing.
