Stay away from this lazy, fast talking CROOK! Wilson is beyond unprofessional and totally unorganized. Because he was talking on the phone to someone else the entire time and not paying attn he claims I only asked him to stitch one side of my bag which makes no sense. Said my bag was ready on Wed and when I got there on Thurs not only could he not find my shoes or bag but the bag still wasn't ready. I waited while he so-called finished (on the phone again) but, when I got home I noticed one whole side wasn't stitched. I sent him pics asking what happened and his response was "I didn't check that side and I didn't charge you to stitch the whole zipper." I should've known this wasn't a legitimate business when he asked for payment upfront in cash or Zelle ONLY. I'll be reporting this unscrupulous joker to the State of Ga and the IRS. read more

I've been searching and reviewing shoe repair places based on Yelp and was finding it difficult to try any of them. I could have gone to one closer to home but made it the decision to find out near my job. A coworker mentioned this place and so I gave it a shot. It was a little difficult to find off the road at first but once i saw it I'd never forget it. I brought in three pairs of pumps, all with missing tops on the heels. They said they'd fix them and call me when they were ready. The very next morning they called and fixed them for $24!! I thought that was great! I didn't have to buy new shoes that would have cost more! Fast and friendly service. They do lots of repairs, not just shoes. It's worth going to the "cobbler". we still need them for our precious investments! read more
