OK, I love this place. I'll admit it up front. Nice selection of tobacco products, especially considering how small the place is, and how packed it is with merch. Wall always stocked with bagged "pipe-cut", tobacco shelves crammed with pouches (They do carry US-made Drum, but no Bali Shag), hookah tobacco selection is well-stocked and abundant with flavours. Vaping section is most definitely the focus, though, and they have some decent-to-good gear here, along with plenty of juices to make your day happy. Prices are a lot better than other shops in the area, and they also have a loyalty card program (that was new to me, but welcome nonetheless). They do sell a selected batch of cigarettes, and you just can't get away from what I call the "Wall of Duchies", but at least that wall is tastefully organized. I just love the staff here though, some of the friendliest I've encountered in retail. Good knowledge base of the products they sell (although the person I relied on the most was just let go, such a shame). Now, I usually order my main merch online, but if I need something in a pinch, this is absolutely my go-to store. 3 years with no complaints. (I do remember just before the taxes doubled in Pennsy, they were encouraging people to stock up before it was implemented. My boyfriend quit cigarettes and switched to disposable vapes, so I stopped in to see what they had to offer. The woman there was very knowledgable about the products and told me how high the nicotine content was in the disposable ones and informed me on the safer levels of nicotine. We lowered his nicotine intake and got menthol juice and a new device. When I brought it home to him, he said the menthol was too harsh and strong so we brought it back and they happily replaced the flavor at no cost. Love the staff and great customer service. as soon as I walked into this facility I was smacked in the face with this horrid stench, I approached the bigger lady and not only realized the stench was coming from her but was almost refused service because she refused to talk to me in English and was "fed up" with my questions. i will not being coming back as long as she is there. I went in today to get my Yaya Twist replaced or compensated for. I got it right before the presidential debate so it's still very new and barely used. However it does not work properly. It hit in the store but after I left it wouldn't. I showed the workers because there is still a lot of juice in it and it doesn't blink when I hit it. When I hit it no light comes on at all. I proved there is still a lot of juice in it too because when I blow into it from the bottom, the vapor comes out from the mouth piece and I showed it to them plus the blue light comes on when I blow into it from the bottom showing the actual battery still works. This clearly shows that the device is defective and I was not given compensation for it. I've spent almost $200 on disposables alone in one month for this store as well as having my friends come to this store because their vapes taste good and are reasonably priced and I like the customer interaction. This review has nothing to do with the employees that I worked with because I understand they don't have the power to change policy. This bad review has to do with the actual store's policy and the lack of responsibility it takes to compensate for a bad device they have sold to customers with proof that the device is defective. It's a shame that the store is willing to lose over $2000 in annual revenue for disposables from one customer because they could not compensate a $20 sale. I am pretty sure that annual revenue from me alone would be enough to pay their fee to be allowed to sell flavored e cigarettes in the first place read more

the larger woman was coughing while carrying a pizza back to the store. As someone whos main customers are smokers why risk coming into the shop with a cough while everyone is worried about the covid-19? Otherwise pretty rude staff on most days. Avoid unless you simply can't wait for items to ship from an online store. they have some good e-juices but many cheaper (unknown) juices that I'm not sure are safe to trust unless you can find more info on them. I was unsure about a product and asked for some details on the item, went home to try it and it wasn't as advertised by the store attendant. I went back kindly for a swap out or return but they agreed to the mistake and didn't honor a refund. Friendly people but they don't honor refunds or take action to fix their own mistakes. read more

They have a great selection of glass. Do your research ahead of time so you understand what you want. I just got a thick, colorful, medium piece of glass for $16.99. Much better/cheaper than others in the area. My new fav! read more

Walked in today to buy a water pipe. Store is okay. Mainly just a bunch of china glass. Prices are good, i mean i guess you get what you pay for. If your looking for something on the cheaper end or a small hand pipe this place is fine. read more

This place is either ok or the worst smoke shop ever the employees are all assholes and disrespectful. The glass products they sell are all cheap trashy glass thats way overpriced. 1 day a bowl head is $8 the next week the same one is $20 depending on the incompetent employee you have to deal with. i love to smoke from a hookah and i collect them because i love the way they look so i headed here , the owners took their time and talk to me and even told me the truth about some of the cheaper hookahs, even if it meant losing out on a sale - but they didnt lose out since i ended up buying more stuff anyway, AND they were more than helpfull and they even gave me a discount/free stuff BUT IM NOT saying theyd do this for everyone, i cant promise that lol, but this place is great and the prices are fair. read more
