***Roxborough Location Before you buy from this store, make sure you know they DO NOT ALLOW REFUNDS OR RETURNS. I purchased a Voopoo VMate on 2/23/2019, and when I got home, I noticed it would often give me a low battery message when the batteries were still at half-way. I have 3 pairs of 18650 batteries, and it did the same thing with every single pair. I was not satisfied with the product at all, and it clearly had something wrong, so I took it back into the store not thinking that there would be any issue. However, when I arrived I was told that there was nothing they could do for me. They proceeded to check my batteries in the charger they had on-hand, and I was told that my batteries were almost dead and it was most likely my own batteries causing the issue. Those batteries had been in my old, but now current, vape all day long, so of course they were not charged. And even still, the vape in question should not display that message before the batteries are close to being dead. Then they placed their own batteries inside the vape, and tried it out for all of 10 seconds, and again said that they wouldn't do anything for me because they didn't see anything wrong with it. I was told, "legally we cannot return it..." I'm sorry, but legality has absolutely nothing to do with anything in this entire situation. I asked when I could speak to the manager, but was told "she would tell you the same exact thing..." I was going to try and contact an E-Cig customer service center of some sort, but there is none. And who knows when I would actually be able to see the manager in-person. In two whole years of going to this store, the no refund/return policy was never mentioned to me once - yes, it is on the receipt which I should have read, but as a vendor of expensive products it should also be mentioned and stressed at the time of purchase. In fact, on the day I bought the vape, I was about to walk out of the store without the receipt, but the employee chased me and said, "here is your receipt in case you need it." Now that I think about it, his actions very well implied that I would be able to return it, if there were any problems. Well apparently it wouldn't have even mattered if I forgot to take the receipt with me. I understand that some reasons for return should not be acceptable, but in this case the product appeared faulty, and I am not at all satisfied with the product that I bought. I should be able to return this vape. Especially if I noticed something was wrong with it the day I got home. I guess that is not the case with E-Cigs international. I spent over $80 on this vape mod - in addition to a LOT more that I've spent over the past two years since I moved to the area. This was clearly not a cheap item for most people. I basically could have just burnt those $80 in the fireplace and it would have been no different. I'm appalled at the way I was treated as a long-time customer of this store, and by the ignorance of the employees who I dealt with. Unfortunately, this was the first issue I have had with this chain, and I say it will certainly be the last because I will never step foot in another E-Cig Int'l store again. I will be contacting the manufacturer for help on this because the incompetence I experienced will get me nowhere with this issue. read more

This is the best vape shop in the Manayunk/Roxborough area, hands down. The owners and staff know what they're talking about and make some of the best eJuices I've ever had. The only other vape store in the area overcharges and has subpar quality juice, and quite frankly a very creepy vibe. The first time I walked in here I knew I found my new regular spot. They have a juice testing bar where you can try the insane amount of flavors, a rewards program and pretty frequent sales which really saves me decent amounts of money! The last thing that I wanted to mention was that they have a wider amount of nicotine levels (24mg, 18mg, 12mg, 6mg, 3mg, 0mg) than I've seen in most of the vape shops in Philly. It's great to have a brick and mortar vaping store in the area. That being said, do NOT buy their starter kit. It's absolute garbage, and will fail very quickly. It will give you a poor impression of e-smoking, which is fantastically satisfying and a great way to quit smoking, if that's what you're after. They sell decent e-juice, and may sell quality upper level hardware, but I'll never know because I've looked elsewhere for my batteries, cartos, tanks, and tips. So yeah, glad to have them, but I certainly hope that they ditch the crappy products so future customers don't feel as ripped off as I have. read more

I love this place! It has the feel of a salon, complete with refreshments, high top tables, couch and flat screen TV. You can hang and hit, try different e-fluid flavors (which they let you do before you buy them), or get a feel for new equipment if you're having trouble making up your mind. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and patient and if you're a first-timer, this is the place for you. It's a few miles from my home and I feel like a friggin' kid in a candy store who doesn't have to waste half her allowance on shipping anymore. This place is a must if you vape. read more

Great place for beginners and vets to vaping! Ever since they were on Green Ln., I've been going to eCigg for advice, e-juice, devices, and everything "vape" related. The staff is awesome! They have answered all my questions. John is a great guy to hang with and he has hired an excellent staff focused on customer service. I really feel that no question I ever had was answered in a negative or condescending way. They even told me at one visit NOT to buy something, since they knew I wouldn't like it... I love that kind of honesty, and that's one big thing that'll keep me coming back. They're there to help. not just "make a sale". On one occasion, I stayed and talked to 2 of the staff members for about an hour, just picking their brains, and never got the feeling like I was being "nudged" out the door! I wish I knew all their names, so I could list them here and give them the credit they deserve. The juice bar is great. You can try before you buy, so you're not stuck with some nasty flavor you don't like. I love the swedish fish...and I think the staff reading this knows who this is now...haha. Prices are right on the mark. They have anything from cheap starter kits to high-end mods. The rewards program is easy and I've cashed in on my points plenty of times. To conclude, you want a place where the staff is awesome, you can try all the juices, and get great advice and devices, whether you're a beginner or advanced vaper, this place is it. Most of the people working here were very helpful, and I had few if any problems until recently. However, I bought a vape, and it seemed to be a great purchase, until it broke within two months. The manufacturer refused to honor the warranty, stating that PA wasn't "in its warranty area." I called the store to see if there was anything they could do, and was informed that they couldn't do a return or swap, and that the BEST they could do is offer me 15% off. Wow. Then tried to act like there's some law that would prevent them from doing any more than that (they probably couldn't do a return legally, but don't offer me $6 off and then hide behind some statute. Your prices, your discretion). I spent hundreds of dollars in that store, and they could've kept my business simply by offering, I don't know, 50% off? Something less disrespectful than 15% off? If you're selling a manufacturer's item, and that manufacturer will not honor warranties in the state you operate in, maybe that's something you should tell customers before they buy the product. Or, maybe you should offer the customer more than a meaningless $6 off, and not hide behind a non-existent law. read more
