What could have easily been 1 hour appointment, turned into 2 hours as I politely and shortly responded to the small talk. What I found most unprofessional was she expressively kept commenting on my income. The thing that set me over the edge was that she never went over how much my preparation fees would cost BEFOREHAND and it ended costing DOUBLE what I normally pay for tax preparation. And I didn't think to ask, given that my fees typically and consistently cost around $200 and my paperwork has not changed much from last year. This year I called in to have my taxes done and he was the only one available. Was hesitant to use him and should have trusted my gut. The receptionists I will say are very accommodating and understanding. I went back and forth with them to get a call time with ryan because we don't live close had to reschedule a few times which was unfortunate. Once I did have my phone call appointment with Ryan he never called and I had to call them. Never got to speak to ryan directly only the receptionist who said he never received my email ( highly doubtful). After that she told me that ryan all of sudden isn't able to my taxes anymore after I already had an extension. Completely unprofessional and unwilling to call me himself and had to have the receptionist do it is also unacceptable. I will not doing business here anymore and I will also tell my family not to. Hardly leave reviews so the fact I took time to do so should tell you how my experience was.
