The best thing that could ever happen!!!. Loy and his office personnel Robert and Elizabeth are the kindest, most helpful people you could ever hope for. A few years ago burglars robbed our house. After calling the Sheriff and credit card companies, I contacted claims at State Farm. About an hour after that Loy Pai called and told us if we were uncomfortable and wanted to stay at a hotel that night he would make sure it was taken care of. He helped us thru the whole process, making a bad situation much easier. Loy always checks and makes sure we have the best insurance at the most affordable price. The office personnel double checks all discounts, making sure we get every deduction. In order to qualify for that specific coverage, we had to prove the age of the roof and the seller did not know. Marilyn looked online at the City of Glendora for a roof permit and it was not there, but she went above and beyond and physically drove over to City Hall and the clerk was able to find the permit (it was misclassified online due to its age).
