If you need very short term storage, this place is fine because they give you a cheap teaser rent rate to start. Then they start jacking up the price every chance they get! I just think there are less expensive better value storage places with the same level of security and cleanliness. We left when they gave us yet another price increase notice!

They sell propane, and have a good dump station with a hose, and also have a free tire air pump. The security is much better than many lots, with an 8' solid fence all around, and a passcode required to get thru the gates -- in and out. (There are a few of the outdoor spaces that are muddy in a rainy time, but 95% of them are high and dry. I asked to change spaces due to mud, and the onsite staff was very helpful.)

We store our holiday items and stuff we simply can't let go of. We are not hoarders, our rental property is just on the small side. We pay rent on the unit for 3 months at a time. The area is kept clean and the process of entering and leaving is simple. Cameras are located throughout the area. All the units are located outside. None that I am aware of are air conditioned. The rent goes up fast!…read more The facility was clean and easy to access. The rate for the 5x10 unit was $51/month in August 2024 (after a $41/month introductory rate for three months). They increased the price quickly. In May 2025, they raised the rent to $66/month, and they just notified me that on February 2026, the rent would increase to $86/month. That's a 30% increase every 9 months, a 70% increase in a year and a half. I'm moving my stuff out before the next rent increase goes into effect. If I were to do it again, I would only consider Public Storage for short-term rental (less than a year).

I was told by their front office that they had a rat outbreak across the facility due to someone leaving food in a unit. There was also a very prevalent chemical smell that lingered in all of the hallways. They had only one working elevator every time I accessed this facility. Their pull carts were absolutely beat down worse than a Walmart grocery basket. However, they were never replaced. I have been passed around by five different people in terms of who was in charge of reimbursement. The facility was incredibly not helpful and does not value their customers in any way. I can't recommend staying away from this facility anymore unless you want to have rodent poop all over your belongings. This place has zero accountability and needs to be shut down.

It took 30 minutes to reach someone on the phone who also wouldn't let us leave unless my family member upgraded their plan to 24/7 access for $35 more per month. Our family member will now be switching to a different storage facility. It's completely unreasonable to hold people inside your facility unless someone's plan gets upgraded - even though I'm not even their customer!
