We have not had any issues thus far. I think it's a decent monthly rate considering convenient…read morelocation to several nearby areas. I also like that they had surveillance up on the outside areas of the whole property but also inside the units. Air conditioned coverage for most units on the property and they also have units for vehicles or just if you need a bigger unit which are all located on the outside. The only suggestion I'd make is to install the mirrors to be able to see traffic approaching when you are circling through the parking lot areas whether you are entering or leaving. They have signs up for this though. Also you have to be mindful when entering/existing as it's one way in and one way out.
