Large and great RV storage lot with lots of covered and uncovered space. Good-sized spaces with a LOT of room in front of each, so VERY easy to back in. They sell propane, and have a good dump station with a hose, and also have a free tire air pump. The security is much better than many lots, with an 8' solid fence all around, and a passcode required to get thru the gates -- in and out. (There are a few of the outdoor spaces that are muddy in a rainy time, but 95% of them are high and dry. I asked to change spaces due to mud, and the onsite staff was very helpful.) read more

I've been at this storage facility for 7 years now and overall its been great and convenient. It's changed ownership a few times and pricing continues to increase. I have two MAIN requests as a customer and to give your company positive feedback on some changes that should be made in my opinion. 1.) PLEASE bring in asphalt roads for the back and forth traffic to eliminate the dust factor. Most people on site have a huge investment sitting on your property and it's NOT cheap to get boats, RV's, and Motorhomes cleaned. Every time I get my boat detailed, my black cover is white because of all of the dust from people speeding up and down the rock roads. The existing rock road you have now will create pot holes from big trucks and washouts so you have a lot of maintenance. Please spend that money on asphalt - it's a lot cheaper thane concrete and as long as you don't have 18-wheelers rolling through, then the maintenance is basically nothing. Please understand that doing this will attract people and keep your facility full and you can certainly justify your inflation on your pricing. Also, when leaving the facility that dust and rock from the road entrance gets out on the main street . I know a lot of the neighboring people that purposely avoid driving on that street because of rock damage to their vehicle and the dust stirrup. You just can't keep anything clean. 2.) PLEASE bring back the stacked keypad system (Upper and Lower Keypad access, because my app NEVER works for whatever reason and I'm not technically challenged. I have a tall truck and the upper keypad that used to be there before the company buyout was perfect for big motorhomes and big trucks! Tenants have just been informed of yet another price increase - after a recent change in ownership. This will be the second price increase in a short time - and they still don't have propane available. The biggest issue though, is that the entire facility is covered with chalk rock - and the dust created by their high volume of in/out commercial daily traffic puts a thick coat of dust and dirt on everything in the whole facility. When we started with them a couple of years ago, it was more reasonably priced than it is now - but the dust and dirt make it miserable. Oh, they also have frequent gate issues - with gates left open - which negates most of the security. Very disappointed and definitely will shop around for a better storage facility. read more

This place is awesome for RV storage. With rates that are some of the lowest around, wide lanes, free dump station and water refill (along with anything else you might need). Propane fill station. And on top of all that they are friendly. If you need storage for anything on wheels, this is your place. read more

We have been keeping our motorhome at Covenant RV & Boat Storage for over two years now. Two years ago we wrote a review and gave it 5 stars. Things have changed to say the least. Not for the better! Several months ago the original owner sold. The new owner recently raised prices due to taxes and to be like the competitors. This place is not like the competitor, Secure RV. Secure RV offers on site maintenance. There are no where near the perks here that there are there. In addition, no speed limit. Our motorhome is FILTHY with all of these people driving 40-50 miles an hour on dirt and rocks. They kick this dust and rock all over our vehicle when we are here and the motorhome. They are currently building a ton of new covered parking which is why the price really increased. It is to pay this off. Definitely not to make "improvements" for customers. I'm not satisfied with the decision making here or the facility at the new pricing. They raised pricing $20/month. If there were another facility in this area, we would definitely move our RV. Hopefully another RV storage will come in soon. read more
