My wife recommended I check out this place. It had been years since I got a great massage somewhere. We were visiting family in town and my wife knew I needed to relax a bit. My wife surprised me by purchasing a massage for me here at 10 O'Clock Health and Wellness. I was slightly nervous because I recently had surgery a few weeks ago, to repair a broken bone from a fall. I wasn't sure if it would be a great idea to lay flat with my injury because I have been sleeping on my side ever since the accident. My appointment was with Cailen and I mentioned my concerns to her when I arrived. She was very friendly and welcoming. She explained that my wound would not be a huge obstacle in getting a massage. She politely explained that she would be able to support me laying flat, by providing support to that area of my body, with a folded towel or two. She reassured me that she could work around my injury. I was nervous and proceeded anyway. It ended up working out very well for me, thanks to Cailen's knowledge, professionalism, and comforting care. The massage I received was INCREDIBLE! The relaxing and hypnotic music gently playing in the background transported me to another time and place. The gentle, yet firm and physical massage I got was just what I needed! All of my problems, worries, anxieties, or any stress I was holding on to completely vanished and hasn't returned yet, thank goodness. I honestly feel like a different person after coming here. It's difficult to put into words how my experience on the table/bed was somehow transformative. I don't know how else to describe it. This place provided me with a healing experience I was not prepared for. The facility is very clean and serene. The feng shui of this joint is spectacular! Everything in the building is inspiring and works well together. The octopus motif is very peaceful and inviting. The colors used in the rooms for decoration go well together and are beautifully selected. The venue is set up perfectly for this type of service. It's quite impressive for a humble town in the U.S. I wish this place had a location in Los Angeles too. I would go as often as I could afford. If you need a massage, this is the place! Cailen is very knowledgeable on technique and was able to personalize my massage for exactly what I needed. I have plantar fasciitis and I have found a deep fascia release in my calves really helps. She knew exactly what to do. I left her table feeling so relaxed and well cared for.
