There's a constant influx of untrained, inexperienced or uninterested workers there. When the services aren't spectacular, the customer service should be. I was also mistreated by the owner. It had been many years that I had gone to an actual spa for a pedicure and not one of those quick little walk in places that does an OK job. The waiting area was actually a husband's waiting room, complete with a bar. Lol I met up with my friend there and we had a minute to chat before we were called back for our service. We were each seated at our own pedicure station and asked what we would like to drink. They do have complementary Mamosa's, but I am unable to drink orange juice, so I just got a glass of champagne. We sat with our feet soaking in catching up for about 5 to 10 minutes. I absolutely loved that part of the service as the places I typically go to immediately start working on your feet. This was great that our feet were able to soak and we were getting a chance to relax and get settled in. The entire experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. The young woman who was doing my pedicure took her time on painting my nails, and they still look great a week later.
