Been a member for two years. I have used the pistol range sparingly but have used the 100 yd rifle…read morerange quite often. I have purchased a rifle and a suppressor and have had a trigger job and a cleaning done on an old rifle. There have been some delays, but there are also things to consider, i.e. childbirth, and the fact that their website is not only their stock but, also, their distributors. My grandfathers .270 had loading issues on the line and the RO called the smith and fixed it right there. My 1911 popped the roll pin out of the front sight post. I took it to the gunsmith, and he reseated it and flanged it...free of charge. If you want absolute perfection look to the Bible. If you want a gun range that will discuss load development; fix the minor issues immediately; and acknowledge you as a shooter trying to tighten up groups, then here you go. Never shot a bow here...I have a gun.

Staff were present and attentive, and registration process for range was simple and easy to use. The issue I had here was only my experience. First was a random fire sprinkler issue that caused the range to close early. In fairness I was not charged for my shortened range time. My problem was with the lack of honesty of my range ammo. To be clear, I used MAGTECH Steel case, copper jacket, lead projectiles. Not steel core ammo. I was holster certified by the RSO, who was a professional employee, using the same boxes of ammo. Clearly listed on the box, and hiding nothing. Then the issue with the sprinklers happened which I heard from two employees is not the first time. I figured someone a few ranges over shot the dam thing out, which is common with novice shooters. Upon being allowed to reenter the building to check out for the day since they were shutting down, a young, and clearly misinformed employee challenged my ammunition. First he tells me they don't allow steel ammo. I said this ain't steel ammo, it's steel casing. Then he tried to give me his un-grounded, opinion on how "damaging" the cases are to my gun. In respectfully said, no, that's incorrect, I've shot thousands of these for years, judging by his age, longer than a he's been in short pants. lol. Then he says how steel ammo may light unburnt powder in the range, which he might have a point, if I was using STEEL CORE PROJECTILES, which I was not. Next was how "dirty" my "steel ammo" is. This was especially entertaining, as MAGTECH uses the same powder and primer, in their brass ammo as their steel cases. Again, misinformation. Then I politely say, why don't you just take the honest approach bro, and tell me you cant recycle the cases and we can end the conversation. I reload, so I get it. However I was not home and needed cheap training ammo. Honest is best next time. Especially in an industry where 80% of your customers are relying on your employees to educate them and help them make a good self Defense purchase. I'll just go somewhere else, no harm no foul.

Eventually, I did discuss it with the owner, Rex, who assured me that I would be treated better. He even put me in direct contact with a manager there to deal with... so I gave it a second chance and purchased the rifle. As a 'thank you' and a 'sorry you were treated that way', they gave me and my friend (who also bought a rifle) some give cards for range time. Each card was supposed to have two trips. When I went in and tried to use my card, they rang up the range etc, and then kept the card. So I tried to explain that it was for two range visits and explained to the manager what happened previously. He even remembered what happened, and acknowledged that I was given the extras, but doubled down and said "no, you're only getting one trip to range time" and basically dared me to report to Rex. So I tried. I notified Rex via text message that I was again treated terribly,. He was away on vacation and told me that he would address it when he got back. I never heard from him. The other reviews are right. It is a nice place and clean ranges.... BUT... the customer service can be the worst you've ever seen, and the prices are high. Now I can see paying higher prices for a nice place with excellent customer service... but customer service can be as important as the product you buy... and if you're getting service as bad as this place gives... then you're paying way too high a price. I've seen Rex respond to reviews, and in those responses he states that he wishes they would reach out to mgmnt first before posting bad reviews.... but what about when you reach out to the owner (Rex) directly and he doesn't respond? Well, then, the review is warranted. I tried to give it a second chance, but when you're treated badly... and then the second chance is just as bad or worse... what then?

But sadly, this place is a shadow of what it once was. All the employees I've grown to like: Attila, Donovan, Rob, John, Mike, Paul, they have gone from the company citing issues with management. The quality has gone down to far since then, and I don't see myself ever returning. While I was there, the gunsmith did take good care of my guns. The range was relatively clean both in archery and firearms. The membership was expensive. For nearly $100/mo for a family plan, you get access to a 17-yard firearm range. Most other places have 25-300 yards, with even one having 100 yards indoors for the same monthly price! Overpriced to say the least. For what the price is, you can go elsewhere and have been amenities. Look elsewhere unless you are just coming in for a day or two.

She had her iPhone next to the scanner where you scan the clothes and she kept checking her TIK TOC, INSTA, FACEBOOK, OF...whatever it was she was waaaaaay into that than doing her dammm J O B. Told sales rep #1 I want hiking shoes, he got my size, and did an online search for what they had. I selected a shoe to try on. Sales rep #1 was wandering all over the department and helping other people so after several minutes I asked if he was getting the shoes. He indicated somebody was bringing them from the back. Another 10 minutes go by and sales rep #2 asks if I've been helped. Advised him on the status. He called sales rep #1 to check status. Sales rep #2 said they don't have the shoe. Sales rep #1 never once followed up with me after the initial contact. By this time I was so disappointed and frustrated with the terrible service that I left the store without new hiking shoes!! Ugh!
