Everyone I've interacted with has been super welcoming!! Particularly Rachel, who was super sweet. I don't know a whole lot about guns, and she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Eventually, I did discuss it with the owner, Rex, who assured me that I would be treated better. He even put me in direct contact with a manager there to deal with... so I gave it a second chance and purchased the rifle. As a 'thank you' and a 'sorry you were treated that way', they gave me and my friend (who also bought a rifle) some give cards for range time. Each card was supposed to have two trips. When I went in and tried to use my card, they rang up the range etc, and then kept the card. So I tried to explain that it was for two range visits and explained to the manager what happened previously. He even remembered what happened, and acknowledged that I was given the extras, but doubled down and said "no, you're only getting one trip to range time" and basically dared me to report to Rex. So I tried. I notified Rex via text message that I was again treated terribly,. He was away on vacation and told me that he would address it when he got back. I never heard from him. The other reviews are right. It is a nice place and clean ranges.... BUT... the customer service can be the worst you've ever seen, and the prices are high. Now I can see paying higher prices for a nice place with excellent customer service... but customer service can be as important as the product you buy... and if you're getting service as bad as this place gives... then you're paying way too high a price. I've seen Rex respond to reviews, and in those responses he states that he wishes they would reach out to mgmnt first before posting bad reviews.... but what about when you reach out to the owner (Rex) directly and he doesn't respond? The quality has gone down to far since then, and I don't see myself ever returning. While I was there, the gunsmith did take good care of my guns. The range was relatively clean both in archery and firearms. The membership was expensive. For nearly $100/mo for a family plan, you get access to a 17-yard firearm range. Most other places have 25-300 yards, with even one having 100 yards indoors for the same monthly price! Overpriced to say the least. For what the price is, you can go elsewhere and have been amenities. Look elsewhere unless you are just coming in for a day or two.

Told sales rep #1 I want hiking shoes, he got my size, and did an online search for what they had. I selected a shoe to try on. Sales rep #1 was wandering all over the department and helping other people so after several minutes I asked if he was getting the shoes. He indicated somebody was bringing them from the back. Another 10 minutes go by and sales rep #2 asks if I've been helped. Advised him on the status. He called sales rep #1 to check status. Sales rep #2 said they don't have the shoe. Sales rep #1 never once followed up with me after the initial contact. By this time I was so disappointed and frustrated with the terrible service that I left the store without new hiking shoes!! Ugh!
