I kept getting the runaround from the one employee who speaks English, and communication overall was a mess. Another staff member was supposedly available at times, but every single time I showed up, she "wasn't there" or suddenly couldn't take me. What's even worse is that I drove there FIVE separate times after calling ahead and being told I had an appointment--only to arrive and be told no one could see me. Who runs a business like this? It's a complete waste of time and honestly feels disrespectful. The staff was disorganized, dismissive, and at times just plain rude. There is clearly no real scheduling system, no accountability, and no regard for customers. This place feels shady and unreliable, and I will absolutely never be back. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

His long, deep strokes across my feet, especially around my bunion, were so soothing that I drifted off to La La Land... only to be startled awake by a loud snore. MY loud snore. Momentarily disoriented, I realized I had dozed off. I looked up and noticed the masseur, wearing a baseball cap, paused mid-massage, hands still in position. Embarrassed, I gave a light jerk of my feet, and he resumed the massage. I must've dozed off again, because once more, I snored myself awake. This time, I didn't jump--I peeked through half-closed eyelids and noticed something strange. The masseur seemed to be resting as well, head down, cap low, hands frozen in place. Another slight foot jerk prompted him to continue, and I stayed awake to watch. Sure enough, he adjusted himself and picked back up again. I can't say for certain, but it felt like he stopped massaging whenever I fell asleep. I sincerely hope that's not standard practice. If it is, customers deserve better--especially if we're paying for a full hour of service, awake or not.

Service was excellent. Paid $135 and left $20 tip for the individuals who worked on me. Returned to the exact same people, for the exact same service on 4/15, but for a fill this time and the charge was $135. I questioned it because why is it the same price when this was a fill for previous service, which was still excellent service, but did not make since for it to be the same price. The owner was smug, laughed that I received a deal last time, and after I said this was bad business and bad customer service, he shrugged his shoulders. This was going to be my go to establishment, but he clearly does not value his patrons. They tried to blame it on me not having a receipt, but I pulled up the previous charge on my banking app, and then they said we don't know the services you rcvd before (exact same, just a fill this time), and that maybe the person before charged me the wrong price (she was the same person as last time, so you're talking about yourself). I paid $135 again, no tip. The owner could have made a different choice to keep the business, but he wouldn't budge, so... Customers shouldn't have to pay for an employees previous mistake. Needless to say, I will not be returning, and have family coming in from out of town, which we were going to do a nail day for the 5 of us... that's not happening at this place of business, also won't be referring my new staff, or new church family.
