These are some pretty nice guys! They were so patient with our schedules especially with my husband and I finishing school. Also, my husband was in Charleston, South Carolina while the wedding planning was in session. Our families seemed to have fun, and they definitely did their very best to allow us to have the best wedding experience. For the price I expected a little more attention to prepare for our wedding. Initially he was very easy to get ahold of quickly responding to every request. I made the mistake of paying well in advance so it got really quiet when I emailed or texted. I had specific songs for the entourage entrance as well as mine, I had to basically research and send the links to them since it was so hard to find. We purchased a GOBO for $65 and the day of the wedding we were told the machine didn't work. He apologized for the "misunderstanding" and refunded me about $55.95 (did not feel he was obligated to pay shipping). Upon hiring and signing of contract, until the day of the event, Ben and Ariz were in constant communication with me. Ben suggested a lot of things and also receptive of suggestions. He dresses professionally and is very attentive to details. We met a couple of times, which lots of mobile companies don't do. His equipment is up to date. The uplights gave life to the ballroom and the party. The projector worked really well. The microphones were good, though I wish it had more echo so the voices were clearer and sounded more pleasant. He suggested the "gobo" which captured the attention of everyone. He also collaborated with the program, which is so impressive. Ariz came prepared on the day of the event.
