One of the worst retail service experiences I've had in a long time…read more Total Wine clearly prides itself on having endless shelves, but apparently not enough staff who care to help customers. I stood on the sales floor for **a full ten minutes**--not browsing, not wandering--clearly waiting for assistance. Multiple employees walked right past me, made eye contact, and still didn't bother to ask if I needed help. This wasn't a busy rush. This wasn't understaffed chaos. This was pure indifference. When you're selling products that customers often *need guidance on*, ignoring them is unacceptable. The attitude here felt like: *figure it out yourself or don't bother us.* If I wanted to be treated like an inconvenience, I'd shop online--at least then I wouldn't be actively ignored in person. For a store that markets itself as knowledgeable and customer-focused, the service was shockingly poor. Ten minutes of standing there with no acknowledgment is not just bad service--it's disrespectful. I won't be wasting my time here again when there are plenty of places that actually value their customers.

Bailey's is moi #1 favorite place to shop in Pensacola…read more When I first purchased moi Surf Shack here in Pensacola I planted several orange, grapefruit, lemon/lime citrus trees etc., all from Bailey's. Moi favorite fruit is Mandarins. I love Mandarins & Bailey's had a miniature one that I purchased in 2023 that I planted in a very large pot. It's doing so fabulous & produced its first harvest of fresh organic Mandarins just in time for our Thanksgiving holiday. The Organic Mandarins from the miniature tree aren't mini at all, they are yuge, super acidic & super juicy tasting. The best Mandarins I have ever had, and I grew them myself. I also made all my own homemade organic fertilizer for them out of kitchen scraps, banana peels & egg shells etc., they are truly delicious. OuiOui :)... All the plants I have purchased from Baileys are doing great, however, the Miniature Mandarin Tree is the show stopper. If you love Mandarins, I highly recommend the Miniature Mandarin Tree. OuiOui. Bailey's has tripled in size since I first started shopping there. Now, there are two more lots with tons of Christmas trees & tons more plants. The produce section has also grown to triple in size & they are now carrying tons more inventory, gourmet goods, culinary utensils & cookware etc., LOVE the specialty items. I'm so excited to see what Bailey's develops with the new additional, outbuildings & extra lots with extra parking. It looks so beautiful as Bailey's has always done a great job with the Nursery & nursery plants. Thank you so much to Bailey's for carrying all the fresh local Florida produce, gourmet goods, local herbs, local foods, "Food forest" landscaping & the most fabulous fruit trees. Moi beloved Minature mandarine tree just produced its first harvest just in time for our Thanksgiving Holiday! Orange you the best! It was a restaurant/cafe and a large area portion of the store was apparels. A great selection of surf shirts, shorts, hats, etc. We liked a couple of Crop Tshirts and was pleased to see they were on sale. They also offer a Military Discount with an ID. We didn't get to see the entire store but heard there's an indoor skate area too. We have plans to go back and have lunch on another day. See you there!

Annoying because the jewelry people there can't even adjust the watch for you, you have to go to…read morethe Watch Repair Shop next to them to have it adjusted but the only time I had freedom outside of class is on the weekends and the watch store is not open on the weekends, annoying and the workers were rude to me. Why can't they get a watch adjuster at the NEX? So frustrating, don't buy any watches there they suck. Everything else was okay. NEX if you are reading this please buy a watch adjuster and have it at the store. Please, I don't want to rely on another store to have something simple be so inconvenient.
