Although the regular prices are comparable, I know that I can count on a good sale at Whole Foods every once in a while to stock up on certain items. Not so at Everman. Since I travel a lot when I travel back home to Tampa or Atlanta, I actually leave Roman in my luggage for items from Trader Joe's and Whole Foods because I know I can't get a whole lot of items I love at Everman in Pensacola. I keep all of my missed calls and trust me they don't call. Now it's going on two weeks and I had to call them for what I already paid for. Not to mention they are very nasty on the phone. Also when you get there they are not warm and friendly. Now some people this may not matter and normally being black I'm use to it but if I had to pay $500 for a prescription the least you can do is be friendly.

I've been visiting this establishment, once a month, since it opened. The employees taught me how to use my points and how to combine them for rewards. Today apparently everyone had been doing it wrong. It has been decided instead of honoring the precedent that they set and then state going forward we will use points differently, I was spoken to very rudely and unprofessionally. A fake acting, unprofessional ,rude manager intervened and made things worse. She made sure everyone heard her. The kind bud tender help me rework my order then the manager had it wrung incorrectly. When I pointed that out, I was called rude. The math was corrected and the manager threw my money back at me. The organization needs to understand you have patients, not " customers". You need to realize exactly what your purpose is. Your not a head shop.
