The young woman, Patricia, assisting me was very efficient and pleasant. Having had a disappointing experience at another car care centre the week prior which was taking more than eight days to replace my windshield, I figured there'd be a wait at Speers Auto Glass too. But, no!! I was told to bring my vehicle in the next day (which was a Saturday, I might add), and it would take an hour. And it did! How the hell was I supposed to know that the gel solution THAT BONDS TO GLASS wasn't going to stick to the paint and damage my paint.
