The one they installed gives distortion in the middle; 2. The viper blade heaters are absent because the windshield they installed doesn have them. Which they should ve told me beforehand but they didnt. Dont go there if you need quality materials. They are scammers!

I got an appointment the next day (I called yesterday). When I arrived, they inspected it and said it was the original chip that they repaired. With Sun and cold, the filling could fall out with windshield wipers. Yes I used the wipers 3 days prior! They said they will take 20 mins to refill it free of charge! They will cancel my insurance claim! This is great service! I bought the best wipers from them 5 months ago. A month ago they started making noise as the wipers moved upward. They said they would investigate it for me. It turns out the person who installed it removed a thin adapter so the wipers were loose. They put in an adapter and it is now quiet. No charge. They also have a coffee/tea/hit chocolate machine you can use while waiting.

Their price is very competitive; almost 1/3 price lower than the quote we got from a body shop. We provide the credit card to order the glass ahead on time. Driving along Hwy 401 yesterday, I heard a sharp cracking noise and thought a rock had smashed into my windshield about eye-level. Nothing looked wrong so I kept driving along the rest of the day. Well, due to the hot temperature yesterday and a slight cooling this morning, a pinhole appeared at eye-level along with a 1 centimetre crack on either side of the puncture. The first thing I thought of was to bring my new vehicle to a place I've been twice before. Ah yes, rocks seem to find me! My vehicle deductible is $1K and a new windshield runs $1200+. Well, book a service appointment and let's get it done. Lucky for me, Frank said they were able to repair the damage as it was less than the size of a 25 cent coin. I was back on the road an hour later for just $119. Customer service was great for the third time but I'm hoping to avoid making this a recurring visit. I contacted Speedy Autoglass to replace a cracked windshield. They initially told me it would be…read more$800ish plus tax. Once I gave them all of the specifics of the windshield, they then upped it to $1222 plus tax. They gave me 3 options of their facilities. All were no where near my address, even though they have an Etobicoke location, I would have had to drive out to Thorhill, North York or Scarborough. In the meantime, I called another company and that company told me they would come to my house the next day to do the replacement. That company arrived as scheduled, completed the replacement in less than an hour and charged me $399 plus tax in total. Needless to say, I will never call Speedy again.
