If it sounds like I'm aggrandizing a hello, I assure you that that's not the case. I had a great experience here because everything was well lit very clean and had a variety of products. They even had a space Coast credit union ATM, which I thought was interesting and not worthy. I stocked up on a snack and two iced teas that were on sale. I'm happy to have stopped here and had such a great experience. I highly encourage it.

She kept saying things like, "I know what you did," "I saw you," and "I have you on tape," even though I hadn't done anything wrong. She kept repeating that I was "going to have to talk to the cops" and continued being rude while checking me out. On top of everything, she wasn't even using the register properly, it took almost 10 minutes just to pay. Horrible customer service. I used to come here all the time, but after this experience, I won't be coming back. Would give 0 stars if I could.

There were a lot of pumps open, and it was an easy experience to pull in up to an empty pump. It wasn't hard to figure out how to use and pay at the pump. We didn't take the time to go inside their convenience store -- which is large and brightly lit at night. But we saw quite a few other folks shopping there. We'll have to check them out at a future stop. Our positive experience here has made us consider signing up for their loyalty program to take advantage of future discounts. We'll have to explore this further online.

Usually Shell gas is more expensive, but because of its connection to Circle K here, they were more competitive. And less expensive than their neighboring gas stations.

I was trying to pump only $15 dollars worth but when I tried to stop the handle did not work and continued filling gas. I tried different ways to unlock it but the only way to make it stop was pulling it out and gas was still coming out as it was filling my tank. I approached the person at the counter to let him know that the pump was not working and to come with me so that I can show him. he told me that self check out is not his problem. I was charged almost $30 dollars and I only wanted $15, he insisted that is not his problem that if I wanted $15 I have to come to the counter and pay for only $15. I told him that I was not even asking for my money back I only wanted to show them that the pump is broken and it could happen to other people, the owner (he identified later himself as the owner) said you are the first person to complain. Then he became disrespectful saying oh you are very smart ... (in a sarcastic way) and I told him because of his broken pump gas spread all over my shoes and pants, and there were other customers who noticed the smell as well. I decided to leave after the person who said is the owner became disrespectful and did not care about customers. Hopefully this review will help other people to avoid this location.
