Operation Jump is not liable for any underground piping or wiring." because it releases them from any kind of ownership, accountability or even a basic apology when their installers COMPLETELY RUPTURE THE MAIN WATER LINE TO YOUR HOUSE. After installing the water slide, they ruptured the main water line to our house and left while water was exploding from the ground and completely flooding our yard. After finding an irrigation company that was extremely helpful and unlike Operation Jump, offered great customer service, we were able to get it fixed. $500 later, a flooded yard, and giant hole dug in the yard, it is repaired. The total cost of this inflatable water slide is now just under $1,000. When I called Operation Jump to explain the situation and ask if they were willing to do anything as a result of the negligence, they said "No, because you signed the contract." Needless to say, I'll never use this company again and will be sure to tell everyone I know to do the same. If you do decide to take the risk of destruction to your home and need someone to fix it in an emergency, please call American Irrigation Repair. They were extremely helpful. They brought the items to the two different locations inside our office as we requested. I was disappointed that the tables were FAR more used than the pictures appeared. We were so disappointed in them that we didn't even use them, but we did not have time to call to get alternatives (and I doubt there were any at that point anyway). I was shocked to find that they wanted to pick up the items that we rented pretty much the minute our event ended. We obliged since we figured that would help get the crowd moving and realize that the party was over. Again, the gentlemen were kind in the process. We ended up using two companies and I will say that the items from both were more "tired" than expected, so I think they should let clients know that ahead of time. Update: I was given a refund on the tables we were unable to use, which tells me that they care about customer service.

I understand moving locations, but when a customer from out of town is trying to come by multiple times to look at colors of linens during the business hours listed on the website and no one is available to help, that is a problem. On Sunday, I had requested an appointment for Thursday, called, emailed and took off work to try to efficiently make multiple appointments in the area, and was called on Thursday by the owner George Torres while already driving and told that no one was going to be available for me to stop by and that I could come back the following week, if I wanted. Then, my quote that they had sent me was removed, even though I have pictures showing that it wouldn't expire until June 9th and had not asked them to remove the quote. So I sent in another quote request the next week with no response, tried calling multiple times leaving a message to please provide me with a quote with no response again until I finally emailed asking someone to please reach out to me to schedule an appointment to look at linens. The other owner Nina Torres called and told me that they thought my quote request was "a mistake" and had already booked 2 events for that same day with people who had been previous customers so " I guess that's for the best," she said.
