The combo jumper can be used wet or dry but we decided to leave it dry for the day. Pick up and drop off were incredibly easy, with no issues at all. They consistently communicate with you during the whole process. The best part about the whole rental was the early drop off and late pickup. Although, definitely not guaranteed, because of how busy they were, they dropped it off on Friday and picked it up on Sunday. We were able to not only play with it on Saturday, but enjoyed two extra jump sessions on the day before and after the party.

Then I was told that they didn't have all the parts and I had to wait another hour. When I called the owner she was not helpful and did nothing to help. When our original bounce house rental company's truck broke down on the way to our carnival with no guarantee he was going to make it to the carnival on time, we were in a panic with only an 1 1/2 hours until our carnival started. I called Austin Metro Moonwalks and even though they were almost out the door with another delivery (and on one of the busiest weekends of the year for bounce houses!), Marshall was able to find a couple of bounce houses they had available and said he would send his driver to our rescue as soon as possible. We were able to sign the contract digitally, pay over the phone, and within just a matter of minutes, we have bounce houses confirmed. They stayed in constant communication with me until they arrived to set up and showed up on time to pick up the bounce houses at end of the night. They even gave us a discount since we rented multiple bounce houses. I think our school has found a new vendor for bounce house rentals from now on!!

Accurate delivery and pick up timing. 3. Unique bouncers I was looking for something super fun but hoping for a little bit different than the bounce slide combo we get every event. The jumbo playtime was utter perfection for my 6 year olds party! Lots of room to bounce around, play hide and seek, tag, and more! Two slides made it easy for them to climb UP one (as we know they all do no matter how many times you say slides are for sliding down) and one way down on the other. No argument s = happy parents enjoying some social time! My only complaint, though I've had this same complaint with all three bouncy companies I've used this far, is the white folding chairs were disgusting and dirty. Mud smears on several. A bummer but not a deal breaker- just plan ahead for some wipe downs. :) I didn't get any photos of the bouncy to note it's awesomeness, but here are a couple to show that it provided us with ample time to enjoy ourselves as adults and pups because it was so fun.

Every time I called to ask, "Hey, do you happen to have _____?" the answer was Yes. Everything arrived on time. (Actually a couple days early!) Everything was exactly as specified. Even though he was usually busy, Adam personally made a point to be the main point of contact for the entire process. Some of the most reasonable prices in town. We ended up requesting a slightly larger tent than originally planned, and the extra cost wasn't bad at all.

I spoke to Beau and was happy to learn that he still had two tents left at a really reasonable price, especially considering how late we were calling to schedule on one of the busiest spring weekends in Austin. Beau was friendly, helpful and really flexible with our last minute scheduling, including another reschedule that the event owner required for the timing of the setup. When my debit card declined the balance payment the Monday following the event, Beau was friendly and understanding (my credit union was having problems with their card network) as we worked out another method of payment. Big Texas Party Rentals met or exceeded ALL of my expectations. The customer service was excellent, Beau was friendly in all of our phone and email correspondences and the tents showed up as scheduled (even after we rescheduled the setup time). If I ever need any other party rentals (tents, lights, chairs) Big Texas Party Rental will be my first phone call. I highly recommend this great local business!
