The academy is clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. During the class observation, we noticed they had enough coaches for the students, which was great because it showed the kids were getting good attention and guidance. They also have plenty of chairs for parents to sit and wait comfortably. The walking space was a little small, but it wasn't a big issue. Overall, it was a very nice experience.
