Which the MANAGER was who I spoke with, and she guaranteed me that the visit would be free & that they wouldn't do x-rays since i had literally just been x-rayed at my primary dds. The hygienist not only took repeat x-rays, but I now just got a collections letter for a $65 exam fee I never paid. I brought up the x-rays during the consultation and she immediately comp'd them. But now I get to dispute the exam charge with an attorney's office because they sent it to collections. When I left my consultation appointment, they had told me to my face there was NO CHARGE for the visit. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

Front Desk Team: The reception area is run by a fantastic team. I had the pleasure of speaking with "Daniella, Vanesa, Christy, Morgan, and the angelic eyes" each one as kind and helpful as the last. They were all patient and thorough in helping me clarify my insurance coverage. What struck me most was their genuine warmth; talking to them felt so comfortable, as if I were catching up with old friends. They have a way of making you feel seen and welcomed from the moment you walk in. The Dentist: While I may not have seen much of Dr. Bradley Hruby's face behind the mask, his professionalism and skill were unmistakable. There hasn't been any change or problem areas since my last cleaning. When I refused hoping to get my regular cleaning my appointment was canceled. I felt pushed into getting treatment without a clear explanation as to why. A rush job and it's their way or the highway.
