Third time scheduled for my initial visit, there was no hygienist so it was just the x-ray and talk. Fourth time in, just saw hygienist. Now scheduled for getting my wisdom teeth out, who knows when exactly it will happen. My insurance covers them, so honestly cost is what is driving me to them. The equipment is modern just didn't feel like everything was as clean as it SHOULD be. The tv above my legs is weird and not for me, I had to reassure her yes I want you to shut it off. The staff is overbooked, they all appear to be in dire need of a break (I know the look I wore it all day at my last job)! Good chance I'll spend more on gas going to and from appointments where nothing happens than the insurance coverage is worth.

If the kids were scared, they didn't want them to need the parent. They wanted them to build a 'dental - patient' trust. When I questioned him on it he wouldn't budge. Well, I'm sorry, but with all the sexual predators out there, plus the fact that my kids have had bad dental experiences in the past, I won't force them to go in a room with a stranger by themselves. What about children who deal with anxiety, ADHD, autism, or who have been sexually assaulted? And of course children are going to look to their parents for comfort if they're scared - that's called 'child - parent' trust. This dental office just lost a family of six because of their policy.

No one could help or referred me to somewhere else because they (the other places) couldn't do extractions. I came to First class dental and the scheduled me in the very next morning. The lady at the front desk was great and extremely understanding. I truly felt she sincerely cared about my pain and situation. The atmosphere of the building was beyond any dental office EVER! It's set up like you're in an airplane! COMFY airplane seats for waiting, amazing sky themed lighted ceiling and the rooms even had what looked like passenger windows on a plane.
