When I moved out, I received an explanation of charges, It appears that I was charged twice for rent. I contacted the office directly and was directed to a website that was not helpful. Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. All I wanted was to speak to someone to give me an explanation, which I don't think is too much to ask. If they are not transparent and can't explain the charges, what else are they hiding?? read more

Moved there about 2 years ago was fine after a while went down hill everywhere is dirty all of the staff is incompetent There.and all the walls in the master bedroom full of mold because the roof was leaking the roof company two times to fix the problem it all halways elevator floors, dirty residence, fixing cars, and parking their boats when they told us in the beginning that it wasn't allowed maintenance. Staff is horrible. Not did not get the amount that I put down when I moved out in the place was clean and the manager told me that everything was fine. Stay away. read more

I moved into this place when it first began leasing and was still under construction. It started out amazing the office and maintenance staff were awesome. The residents were very friendly and mostly all professionals. Once Cardone took over it immediately declined. The standard for the residents was lowered and it showed. The maintenance quality as well. The dog stations sometimes had no bags for weeks at a time and residents do not pick up after their dogs in the dog park. I left before my lease was up and gave the proper time allotment according to my leasing agreement. I installed personally 2 ceiling fans and they told me I could leave them. They charged me for removing the ceiling fans $200 ea. and double dipped charging me rent which is not what the leasing agreement stated they were allowed to charge upon early termination of lease. They have since sent it to collections and I am currently disputing the charges. I never missed rent in 5 yrs living on this property for a 2bd 2bth. Anything managed by Cardone avoid by all means. The man is a crook and con artist. read more

Part two, revised and updated: The screaming, pounding child continues to rampage around the apartment below us, while the mother lays around watching Jerry Springer all day. I have received no response from office manager, Jami Longo. We have been researching luxury communities up and down the coast to make sure we don't make the same mistake we made by leasing with Addison, and most of the agents are aware of Jami Longo's poor record and her history of running any property she works at into the ground. As you can see in my initial review, I was hesitant to leave a negative review about anything or anyone. I wanted so badly for Jami Longo to reach out to me and resolve this problem once and for all. She never did. Jami Longo has proven to me time and again that she simply does not care and has left me no other option but to leave this review up and expand upon my terrible experience at Addison Place. I was woken up by a screaming, shrieking child (he is not a baby- he is 5 years old) in the room below my bed at 5:45 AM so I am in a GREAT MOOD to embellish upon my experiences here. No response from Jami Longo. I did notice today that she found posting about the food truck tonight more important than the hellish situation I can barely endure on a daily basis. Ignore a loyal, respectful, paying tenant's dire living conditions, but post about the food truck. Way to go, Jami. Here are some examples that slowly led us to believe that we weren't *really* in a luxury community. The hallways reeked of pot. It is a non-smoking community. I don't smoke, but do feel badly for smokers because if they need a cigarette, they have to drive almost a mile down the road to a small parking lot across from CVS. The open air hallways are concrete and echo someone walking at the other end of the hallway. They were covered in spider webs and huge spiders. I had to avoid certain hallways at times because there was no bypassing the huge creature draped across the hall. There is a one inch gap under every door- an open invitation to all insects coming in from the open air hallway. The doors are easily banged up and maintenance covers up the blemishes with markers. I think I've covered the nightmare of soundproofing in my previous review. I reminded Jami that I was told that the floors were concrete on our first tour (I specifically asked about noise) and was told we wouldn't hear anything. Jami then had the nerve to tell me after we signed the lease and were having trouble, 'Well, it IS apartment living.' Really??? Now you add that snarky comment? Why don't you include that in your lies when you are raving about how *wonderful* and *luxurious* Addison Place is?? Let's continue. The huge garbage trucks come once or twice a week and SLAM open when they are emptying the dumpsters. It can wake the dead. Like to recycle? Don't bother. There is no separate recycling chute on your floor. You have to lug it all the way to the end of the ground floor. There you will find, without fail, 4 overflowing recycling bins with zero chance of fitting in your bag. The men with the leaf blowers are a real treat. They will leaf blow a leafless parking lot for 4 hours right outside your window. The theatre room couch is plastered with gum and trash under the cushions. Sit back and enjoy! Gross. The gym is great for women, but if you're a guy, forget it. There are weights and benches enough for one man, but gets uncomfortable when two or more are struggling to use the same equipment. If you venture outside at night, you'll see strange people lurking about. Burnt out lights leave hallways in darkness. People stealing packages from the Amazon delivery room. I heard a screaming fight two buildings over between a man and woman last week. The cops are here almost daily and recently 6 cops busted a known drug dealer working out of Addison Place. And if you do decide to visit, you won't miss the giant smashed in front gate at the entrance. It didn't happen yesterday. Dear Reader, do not be fooled by the pretty clubhouse, gym, or pool. You are not living there. This complex is not near anything and it can take you at least 30 minutes or more through sometimes heavy traffic on Immokalee to reach restaurants, shops, etc. on Tamiami Trail/Route 41. Take my advice and cross this place off your list and look into the bounty of real luxury communities that Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero have to offer. An absolutely disaster of a year spent there. Had a constant problem with the next door neighbor constantly slamming doors and banging on the walls and having parties. However! The real treat came when it was time to move out. We left everything spotless and even took pictures of everything before we left. Went to turn in the keys expecting to do a walk through but I guess the lady at the front desk couldn't be bothered and she said everything was good. I insisted we do a walkthrough and she refused. Terrible mistake because sure enough I got charged $630 after moving out. Apparently the one inch scratch on a door was worth $150, there was another $150 "repair" and so on and so forth. I sent the pictures to whoever is in charge and they said that the pictures were not valid because you cant see the actual damage. Soooo basically any "damage" you wouldn't be able to even see it if you zoomed in on the freaking picture. After emailing back and forth I finally decided to bite the bullet and just pay the fee. And guess what, there was $23 fee to process the payment. These people are unbelievable. Save your money. Go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers. read more

When I contact them they said they have no way of contacting her directly because they are in different departments??? They really DO NOT want you to contact them with concerns. Zero accountability and terrible customer service.. Just an update. I cautiously read "bad reviews" because people get disgruntled and just want to make it known that they are mad about something, but we are NOT those people... but this is ridiculous and people should know! We just moved out after 2 years and paid our "final closing" statement and we are so glad to be out of here! We had to pay for any and everything they found (our bill was over $600, no security deposit returned and we also paid a cleaning crew before we turned in our keys) There's no such thing as wear and tear... we were responsible for EVERY expense!! We thought it was a great place until RPM management took over!! It flipped overnight. If you see "10X" just drive on past it! We asked for "before" pictures of what they claimed on the walk through and they could not provide those at corporate and the front office wouldn't talk to us about it when we asked (just referred us back to corporate)-- who else was there to ask?! We are absolutely fine to pay for something legitimate, but they wouldn't give us the info we requested as proof. We finally just paid it just to be totally done with this place. The property, after being taken over by new management (RPM), sent the property down quickly!! To name a few...rapid staff turnover, the landscaping is not kept up, you have to follow up on work orders, when you bring up concerns to the office they brush them off or excuse them, the dog park has holes that they don't fill in a timely manner and the obstacles in there are broken and rusted, the trash rooms are not maintained (they used to be rinsed out periodically), the hallways are "mopped" weekly, which means they just run a wet mop down the hallway, the pool (was) so pretty but it quickly declined. The lounge chairs that in the pool are gross and there are random lights in the pool are detached in places. People at the pool sometimes don't even live there because anyone can get into the gates on foot. What exactly were we paying for?! If you decide to live here...please document EVERYTHING you see so they don't gouge you at move out!! I've always known apartment properties to paint between tenants (because isn't that just normal?!). but no, that's a charge WE had to pay!! We've never experienced anything like this!! Lesson learned!! Just a major warning for you to take into consideration before choosing this place! read more

The best apartments in North Naples. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Brian the property manager, truly cares for the property. Even before the pandemic, the amenities are always kept clean. The dog park is a plus for dog owners as well as the showers. Location is the best since it is only a few minutes away from the highway, restaurants and stores. Great school zone and they have a nice kid's playground as well. Apartments are brand new therefore appliances work perfectly and saves you money! Overall is a great community, very well run! read more

When reading earlier reviews of Addison Place, please note the good reviews were before Roscoe Property Management took over in late 2021. Brian, who was great, was no longer here. The big countrywide property management company took over. Services went downhill. But when they reneged on a letter from the community manager and increased our month-to-month rent over twice the amount two weeks later after we started month-to-month (see earlier post), we (even if we had the money) would not allow ourselves to be victims of extreme rent gouging. Legal? Evidently. Ethical? No way. We, at 77 & 79 years, old feel targeted because they know we are in a bind. read more

By far the best apartment community in North Naples. Location is great specially if you commute using 75, no U turns and not far to get there. Lots of new business coming to the area, some of them walking distance. The amenities are the best always kept clean even before the pandemic. The pool is so nice and always kept clean, the apartments inside are so nice and clean and they have tile! Every appliance is brand new or at this point only a couple years old, which helps with your electricity bill. No carpet which is a plus for me because you don't have to worry about allergies and pet messes. The staff is very nice and super friendly, always available, smiling and they handle the pandemic time like a pro. Brian, the Property Manager, has an amazing personality but he is also very professional and you can feel that he really cares about his staff and the community. The communication with residents is by far the best I ever experienced. They use text message, email and of course the calendars on the elevator so you can be reminded that a food truck is coming or an event is happening. The website is very user friendly, you can put work orders, reserve rooms and the gym. The dog showers and dog park in the back is definitely a nice and convenient spot for dog owners. The team is always treating the park for fleas and always let us know when they do so you don't expose your pet after a spray. They also keep the grass area looking good as much as possible. The kids playground is very well kept and it is nice to have it inside the community for a quick playdate for the little ones. You can rent garages and even extra storage for an additional fee, however there is PLENTY of parking for residents and for guests no issues there. It has truly been a great experience, I wish we could reserve the pool and the grills for events but we never had an issue with the first come first serve rule and yes because it is an apartment community you will hear your neighbors in the hallways every now and then but if you don't like that then you should consider to live in Golden Gate Estates without the amazing extras that come with this place. read more

This is my first yelp review in all my life so you can imagine how angry I am it is long but worth the read....... It was my dream to one day move to Florida after living in NJ all my life, so a few months ago I made the move and after looking at 12 apartment complexes I stumbled upon Addison which I thought "aesthetically" was a dream and it was brand new construction so what a dream on top of that. Very pricey but at the time i thought worth it. I am a severe migraine sufferer for 19 years and the heat actual does GREAT for me so when i started waking up every morning with a migraine and my dog was not drinking and not eating, very lethargic and had a runny nose, watery eyes I was constantly telling my family something wasn't right, i was calling the vet. I just knew something was WRONG! Every so often I would find items that had mold on it, my dogs water mat, her collar, blankets, but nothing compared to when i opened my closet and found BLACK MOLD all over my shoes, my handbags, my clothes, hats. 1,000s of dollars so easily thrown in the garbage. More importantly it is why we have been sick for so long! I let management know and informed them to come check everything out. to "appease me" they come upstairs and basically say oh well what did you do? this looks salvageable. sorry I know this isn't what you want to hear but upon your leaving us you owe us three months rent. Not once did they take responsibility! Or apologize, the regional management HUNG UP on me and said it wasn't an emergency (sorry when it involves my health, yes it is!) I had high hopes for this place, but I have been repeatedly disappointed. This is new construction, and I moved into a building the management said was ready to go. This building should not have been leased until ALL construction was done. Shame on you Greedy Greystar. There is still construction going on all day long in my building. It is very noisy. The halls are made of concrete and hard surfaces that magnify all sound. The renters down the hall are having a good time though judging from their shouts of 'party on dude' at 2:30 in the morning last weekend. The hallways and stairs are filthy and there is garbage in the grass at the entrance to my apartment. The outside sidewalks are also dirty and stained from the construction work. It looks very shabby. The management staff is under contract with Greystar. They don't seem to share Greystar's stated values though. I had a hard time getting the move in keys to the apartment in a timely manner. When I asked them where the keys were the assistant manager was confrontational and smart mouthed.The appliances in my unit had dents and scratches on them. This supposedly passed inspection. Guess who would have had to pay for that when he moved? The assistant manager wasn't able to compute the rent correctly and made an error in Greystar's favor. This was corrected after I discovered and reported it. Corrected without apology. I don't feel welcome here and it doesn't feel like home. I am waiting for the next punitive action from management. This is supposed to be a non-smoking complex. I don't think the salespeople are telling renters about this policy. I see people smoking at least a couple times a week.There are cigarette butts on the ground with the rest of the garbage. I have reported this to the office, but the manager didn't appear interested in any negative feedback so I stopped letting them know. She actually told a staff member to not tell a guy to stop smoking because 'he would be leaving soon anyway'. I wonder how much their 'nonsmoking building' insurance premiums will increase once the insurance company finds out? To top it all off, today I watched six police officers arrest a drug dealer working out of Addison Place. Background checks? They charged us for them. The police seemed to know this guy as a drug dealer. Overall, this is advertised as a luxury community and it should be, but it really isn't. This is mostly due to the unfriendly and indifferent staff and the dirty building and grounds and noise. If it looks this sloppy now imagine what it will look like as it ages. I will use my time here to find an apartment that is in a peaceful setting with respectful residents and staff. read more

Addison place is such a great place to live. The amenities here are like nothing else I have seen at other apartments I have lived at. The pool is absolutely beautiful, it truly feels like I'm at a resort with the cabanas. The staff is always there to help with any issue that comes up. I have been a resident here for a year now and just renewed my lease for another year and cannot recommend a better place to live in Naples! If you are looking for a beautiful place to live, this is where you need to be! The office staff is so welcoming and friendly and I enjoy just stopping in to say hi to Natalie, Johanna, Steve and especially Brian! The maintenance staff does an amazing job keeping the property beautiful and is so efficient on completing work orders. I enjoy the atmosphere here and have made many new friends along the way. I love that it is pet friendly as my dog, Cooper, enjoys our early morning walks along the walking path in front of the property. I feel safe coming home to a gated community and enjoy the weekly food trucks so I don't have to make dinner! Lol. Addison Place Apartments is nothing short of luxury apartments! The property is well managed and maintained. The management is absolutely fabulous; professional, very accommodating, and genuinely interested in creating a positive living experience for their clients. The amenities are upscale and first-rate. There is plenty of parking for residents and guests as well as available garages for a nominal monthly charge. The pool area also has a bar and grill area that is first come, first serve. Cabanas are available for relaxation. Also, the pool is a heated, salt water pool! As a resident, I literally feel like I'm at a full-time resort! The quality of this community, including the actual apartments, is outstanding. Take my recommendation as a resident who is particular about their living arrangements, the total "Addison Place" living experience is fantastic! read more

I am usually not one to write a negative review, but I was so appalled by the staff at this apartment complex that I thought all should be warned before signing a lease here. I stopped in after work to get a tour so it was Im sure towards the end of their day. After the rushed tour I went back to my car and was reviewing the information. To my surprise out came my tour guide and another lady that was working in the office and they started making out in the leasing parking lot!!! I was horrified! After they left I decided I would take one last walk around the place. Again to my surprise I found I could walk right into the pool gates from the leasing parking lot that is located directly off Immokalee, that anyone could access, and after I gained access to the pool I found I could walk right on through to the apartments themselves ! What's the point in having locked gates for the cars to pass through when just anyone could walk right through to your apartment from the street? That is not what I call a gated community. Also if you are looking for an apartment with a community atmosphere this is not the place for you. The clubhouse and coffee bar are accessible during office hours, when most people are at work anyway. Every other apartment in the area offers these same amenities but w24 hour access. Please don't be fooled, This place is simply not up to the standards they are pretending to be. read more

It's nice not seeing dumpsters in the community as they often get jammed or overflow with trash. The management is absolutely excellent; friendly, very accommodating, and fair. The amenities are top notch and upscale. Unfortunately there isn't 24 hour access to the club house; however, last time I checked, there isn't 24 hour access to any apartment club houses - maybe just their gym and business room. The parking situation is great as there is plenty of parking for residents and guests. The pool area also has a bar and grill area that is first come first serve and cabanas. The actual pool is a salt water pool also! I literally feel like I'm at a resort! The quality of this community including the actual apartments, is superb.
