I honestly can't begin to explain how impressed I am with Legacy! I am currently apartment hunting and as we all know, moving is a very stressful process. Another apartment complex in Naples had confirmed a tour with me this past Monday and did not show up. By that point Legacy had already called me and wanted to give me an introduction and some additional information about their apartments. Since Legacy happened to be close by and I already had their voicemail, I gave them a call and asked if we could come for a quick tour. They said that they stopped tours in about 15 minutes. But I was 15 minutes away. They still took me and gave me and my boyfriend a full tour and consultation. The amenities are beautiful. It's also really cool that they waive pet fees for registered service animals. Another awesome thing is that they don't require 2-3 months worth of rent for a security deposit like some apartments in Naples that I've come across do. We are really hoping to move here soon! Hallways are always flooded with standing water creating a slip a fall hazard. Management is not concerned with this danger.

Yes y'all do have a rat infestation!! If you even walk in the grass outside rats run everywhere!! These are pictures from several residents complaining! This rat was INSIDE of the elevator! The keys hardly ever worked!! Joi even had to come y'all to us bc my husband "jumped" the gate bc we were standing on HOT asphalt bc the key didn't work for over 30 mins!! After calling nonstop to the office and walking to the office. We were then told by JOI that the "gate wasn't working and they're trying to fix it" My dog was NEVER left on the patio for long periods of times the first time when you called the COPS he laughed and said it "sounded like a nosy neighbor" bc he was CLEARLY taken care of. He was on the patio for less than 20 mins and he's in fear of "dying"??!! Lol OKAY. Let me upload the rest of the photos from the ant infestation. read more

For what they are charging, could've definitely have been better. Toilets bubbled, showers had dirty water come back up, cracks in ceilings that spread, "no smoking or vaping" but workers vaping was ok. We had everything from plumbing issues, getting locked INSIDE our apartment because latches weren't on properly, to getting stuck on elevators. Management says you matter but let's face it, it's business. So glad we moved, not worth paying the ridiculous amount to live in naples, I'd rather make the 20min commute. read more

The place is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic. I was helped by Alex and Carmen, both were amazing and super nice. Alex answered any of my email super quick, every time I had a problem he helped me right away and always with a smile. The maintenance is super quick and the guy that came to my apartment is super nice and polite, unfortunately I don't remember his name but he's great. I definitely recommend this place, it's really beautiful and the people that live here are super nice too. The only think that I feel it could be improved is the cleanliness of the building hallway. read more

There are many, many issues with Legacy Naples apartments. The largest issue is the mold. The air-handlers are not sufficient for units as well as 'smart' thermometers, so plan on buying a dehumidifier or having a never ending mold problem. Upon move in, list ALL damages, both from previous tenants and the (poorly) done construction. I listed everything on the initial sheet, and they still charged me for damages done by previous tenant that they refused to fix. The amenities for the apartments are poorly cared for. Part of that is residents do not take care of the equipment. Be ready to find broken glass around the pool deck, no gas for the grills, torn and destroyed pool chairs, and unsafe gym equipment. For the maintenance crew, one of the gentleman working it is a delight. They are extremely overworked as they are understaffed. The leader of the maintenance crew however a is unprofessional and aggressive. Management refused to do anything to address this, be EXTREMELY cautious. The front of house management is reasonably nice and helpful. They are understaffed and under-supported by ownership however. Selective enforcement of community regulations. They love to play favorites at the Legacy Naples. The easiest example of this is the balconies. Neighbor had plants on the balcony and they went AFTER them for having on balcony. The neighbor on the other side had two trash bags and a literal pile of molding shoes stacked on a office chair for 3+ months and the office did nothing. The no smoking ban is not enforced. Be ready for people constantly smoking tobacco and alternative substances on property. I have pictures and e-mail chains for all of this. This is not mere hearsay, retaliation from management/ownership is a legitimate fear at Legacy Naples Apartments. Be EXTREMELY cautious if you decide to rent here. read more

After living here for 6 months, I can say that the amenities are great. The management however, especially Joi Calo, could not be more dismissive and ineffectual. She lacks in basic customer service skills and her condescending, disrespectful attitude should not be tolerated. They have repeatedly acted out of drama and conjecture than from accommodation and tenant service. Last week, Joi deactivated my key FOB without warning baring access to the front gate, and was only reactivated I went to her office. When she said, "I was going to send you a message, but I am so busy." This is illegal, and violates several Florida statutes on tenant rights. Please look to rent at an apartment complex that is run by adults! read more

We recently sold our home and we started moving in February 2021 and we were officially all moved in by March of 2021. We asked so many questions prior to making our decision and Alex was amazingly patient, kind and understanding. We read all the reviews and started laughing, like planning a trip you will see good reviews and bad reviews. The laughter is because we honestly believe if someone wants to complain, complain is what they will do. There can always be problems, nothing is perfect. So, you must try it out and when you see it for yourself you can find your truth. We bombarded Alex with all sorts of questions, and he was extremely patient, understanding, and helpful. Every question we had, and we asked him. We asked about the mold since we would see a few remarks about those and who would not be concerned about mold? And the answer was great, if there is a problem, we would put in a maintenance request and then we could go from there, which in all honesty seems fair. We have not had any problems and if we do, we will put in a maintenance request. Since we have been here putting in a maintenance request and their reply has been quick and responsive. For us the location, the amenities, the staff, and the community here have all been great. There are friendly people and then people that keep to themselves however I would like to think we can all look out for one another if need be. Living in an apartment complex where it is renters only might not be for everyone. However, for the moment we are enjoying it and feel we will continue to do so, we could not be happier. Amazing amenities, staff, and very accommodating for a fast move in. My husband and I were looking to move in rather quickly due to a bad experience at a nearby property. Carmen was enjoyable to work with, and we really felt that she worked hard to find us an apartment that we liked in such a short amount of time. Ella, Alex, and Carmen were understanding of our move & helped get our paperwork and keys quickly when our movers showed up hours ahead of schedule. They helped to ease a stressful situation and make us feel right at home. We look forward to meeting new neighbors and using the fun amenities. read more

I just read through the response and would like to clarify something. I did not receive an email until 9 days after their deadline, which, if I had responded immediately, would have still cost me SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS in unexpected fees. When I did respond a few days later I told them that I have moved to a new email and apologized for the late response. Also, the "Notice" that was sent to me was a paper with 95% of the paper showing prices for a renewed lease, and then in fine print at the bottom of this paper, it mentions that they want 60 days notice. Because I never planned on renewing my lease, I threw this paper away. This paper was NOT structured as a warning to give them a notice that I didn't plan on staying past THE ALREADY AGREED UPON date on my lease. The only reason I even know of this fine print is because AFTER they have locked me into a massive premium, they sent me another copy. I explained all of this confusion to them and told them that I have always planned to leave on the 15th like my lease states, and they gave NO REAL REASON as to why I couldn't just let me pay for what my lease stated and simply stopped replying. I do understand that they are within their legal right, however, expect the leasing office to hold everything possible against you and have no regard for human decency. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! read more

Take our advice, please don't move into this complex. The amenities that they advertise are so often not available. There are huge dogs all over the place pooping everywhere. People do not clean up after their pets as they should. They opened this place too soon and are still working on units, inside and out. The maintenance men will just walk into your apartment, at 8:00 am, without notice. The trash service that they use, and force you to pay for, hardly ever picks up! We are constantly told to just hold tight, because it's all a new process. I was told I cannot have my grandchildren at the pool because they are not "residents" here. That didn't seem to impact the pool party over the weekend that consisted of many 20-year-old's getting out of the car from the parking lot and going straight to the pool. Joi & Ela have their moments, and can be very "nice", however, they are very condescending when it comes to any issues that you may legitimately have and will not assist you. read more

The best place you can live at, everyone is nice including the staff. Very clean very modern!!
