She then tried my other arm, poked me three more times, and still couldn't get a vein. I'm a strong guy with very visible veins, and I've never had a problem like this before anywhere else. After all that, I didn't even get the IV I just ended up settling for a simple B12 shot. To make matters worse, when I went to check out, they still charged me a "consultation fee." For what? Five failed sticks and no service provided? Totally unacceptable. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Left with both arms in pain and traumatized from the experience. Mind you they have 6-7 years of experience and the person I see in Arizona has 2.... You can also connect your phone to Bluetooth to listen to music or a podcast. I also got the "the firm" IV to hydrate my skin!
