Truly a HIDDEN GEM. 5+ STARS. What a GREAT SURPRISE. I had CRITICALLY LOW IRON SATURATION (along with other related LOW anemia markers), that I saw, upon review of my lab results. I DID NOT like the MD & the Infusion Clinic at the CCC of Nevada, at Southern Hills Hospital. Usually Hematologists (Blood Disorders) are also Oncologists (Cancer). Dr. Vikas Gupta was EXTREMELY condescending & made remarks about other things he was looking at on me & also off topic on other things. He ran his own lab work (in his clinic) & "DECLARED" that I didn't have anemia. You know what he "glossed" over? MY SEVERE, ASSOCIATED SYMPTOMS. The patient will TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW. BASIC 101. The infusion clinic there looked "dreary". I walked out of his office in the middle of his "BS". He said oral iron tablets (along with vitamin C) would be enough. I DISAGREED. Dr. Gupta, how you get 5 star reviews, is beyond me. Your "bedside manner" is atrocious. Do you know who recommended an IRON INFUSION? My ED Physician! My Gastroenterologist NOR the Medical Assistant gave me a call. This is why you have to OWN your HEALTHCARE. These places are extremely busy & YOU must be your BEST ADVOCATE. Actually LOOK at your results and learn to have a basic understanding of them. YOU have to make the call to your provider. I asked my Medical Assistant for a referral to an ACTUAL Infusion Clinic. This was MEANT TO BE. All I can say is WOW = referred to Infusion Care. I was given one treatment of INJECTAFER. I read up on this Iron Infusion and saw that oral iron tablets are only absorbed LESS THAN 10% by the body. Injectafer provides 100% of the IRON directly into the bloodstream. One treatment of Injectafer is 750mg x 2 (750mg a week apart, for a total infusion of 1,500mg). I redid my labs at the same place I always get them (for consistency) & saw that this treatment "topped off" EVERYTHING. Mahalo to Medical Assistant's: Randi & Vanessa, RN Peggy & all the other BEAUTIFUL RN's, I have been fortunate to meet. I have worked extensively with them all & I love their humor. You all have made my LIFE BETTER in so many ways. You were the HIGHLIGHT of my infusions & week. EVERY TIME. For 10 MONTHS. This place has been a haven for me while recovering from a major surgery gone awry. I find the space and ambiance so comfortable, windows with views so you don't feel so sterile, chairs that recline, a few couches if an extra person is needed to be with you, for example. The staff is amazing. Always greeting and warm smiles. I have had multiple nurses see over my care and they are all delicate, well trained professionals. I am very uncomfortable with the initial process of having the needle inserted for an IV in general, but from the first time I arrived, I haven't thought twice about it prior to my treatment. There's also availability for ultrasound to find your veins, which I have done as well, if needed. I drive 40 minutes 3x a week to come here, over other infusion spots, because I don't feel like this is a 'clinic'. I feel like this is a well run, caring place that helps me on my healing journey. The pricing is also very fair for a lot of the treatments they provide in terms of infusions. read more

Not sure I will be coming back here. It's slightly cheaper but I have a needle in my arm for the last 10 mins and just needle. No iv attached to the needle. I am really panicking now. Not to mention it's 36 mins after my appt time already and I have meetings afterwards. My nurse is no where to be seen and I am just extremely scared. I hate needle and I don't understand why they do this at all. I called the other nurse and she told me my nurse Is making my iv. I called again after 8 minutes and she ignored me. My nurse is back and she had to flush my vein again. Because she waited too long. She said they can't mix the bag before because iv is very expensive and they have to make sure the patient is here. I was here 46 minutes ago. Its never like this at my doctor's office. The iv bag is always ready when they poked me at my doctor's office. Maybe I am freaking out but I just don't like needles. If you are someone who enjoys needle inside your vein for 15 minutes without your iv bag, then this is the ideal place for you. My nurse is super nice and the service here is pretty great except the receptionists don't wear mask the whole time and I do t think they sanitize like doctors office. 2 stars because my nurse has a great attitude and is sweet. Three weeks ago my doctor referred me to Infusion Care. They were supposed to call to make an appointment. It didn't happen. I got the phone number of their appointment person and called it. I left a careful, detailed message and my phone number. No return call. So I called again. No return call. I used their email system to request they contact me. Nothing. I sent a standard email to them at their published email address. No response. It is hard to imagine how a company that is in the business of caring for people would be completely non-responsive to someone who needs their care. read more

Here I am for my second IV INFUSION of NAD+ I had my first 10 days ago. I can't tell you enough about ther changes I experienced over night. I felt different. I woke with more energy, I had this extra pep in my step. Over the next couple days I noticed selfies I took looked like I was using a filter, the whites of my eyes brighter, skin glowing. And on the inside,it was different, too. My anxiety and depression were reduced by 50%, combined with the increased energy, I was able to get back to ther gym after a month lapse. I went 3 times in the last week! And, other people are noticing. Even my therapist asked if I'd gotten a facial, or other skin treatment. I went for facial and my skin was not touched by professional for almost a year. Monika cleaned is so well, I probably lost weight lol. All the products she uses smell amazing. I finally found a infusion center were the staff actually make you feel like family. The Nurses are all RN and know what there doing. Lindsey is the best she shows she cares about you and will go out of her way when I'm too sick to come in too the office. The place is immaculate warm inviting atmosphere. I went to visit Lindsey at Vegas Valley after an excessive night of drinking. I rarely drink so I was in really bad condition. Extremely dehydrated and ill. As soon as I walked in, Lindsey immediately welcomed me and promptly administered an IV to restore hydration back to my body, alleviate my headache, along with other vitamins to restore balance back to my body. Treatment was unbelievably effective and fast. I literally thought I was going to die when I initially came in but felt soooo good after Lindsey's treatment. Lindsey explained that IV treatments are catching on fast as the vitamins, minerals, etc go through the bloodstream and straight to the cells. I am a cancer patient who was visiting Las Vegas for a weekend during the Rock and Roll Marathon last November. Vitamin C is a regular part of my regimen and I am no stranger to infusion centers. I went with my husband after we ran the 5K and to get my regularly scheduled infusion. Lindsey helped us both. My husband was to run the half-marathon that night and his run went great (he felt a lot better than his friends who did not get fluids and nutrition) so he benefited too.
