I've been a customer for several years now. The place is clean and comfortable and the staff is polite. Twice already I've had the same issue with the service. During my last visit on 4/2/24 for a second time now I ended up with a nurse in training without being informed or asked if I'm willing to accept service from a trainee. After breaking two of my veins she had to ask for assistance by a senior nurse. The senior nurse proceeded to explain that IV treatments puts you at risk of a broken veins. No apology, no empathy, just a dry explanation. Since this is a spa experience, not an emergency room, I paid $250 for the service and left no tip. 10 days prior to that I was there with an experienced nurse, my veins are pretty easy to find, she didn't leave even a mark. The reason I visited twice this month is due to me recovering from a surgery, but I was left with bitter and experience :( read more

Love this place. Dr. Amin and his staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Environment is very nice and spa like. I never feel as if I am undergoing a sales pitch (this is HUGE). Dr. Amin is sensitive to any financial concerns you may express to him, and he will really hone in on getting you the best bang for your buck if budget is a concern. Also, he definitely cares about your health and improvement and has demonstrated this to me personally through actions, not just words. They are not magicians or mind readers. You are responsible for quarterbacking your own health and as with any Dr., You still need to ask questions and express concerns. They are not going to tackle you during your visits (non-Dr. visit, IV or weekly shot for example) and interrogate you. Unless they need to, he definitely will. I am currently undergoing testosterone therapy, (male - working very well), and also considering a few other hormone/peptide programs, and "food allergy/tolerance" tests. This is so you can tell what your body does not like. I have researched several BHRT clinics/facilities in Henderson and Vegas before choosing this one. I really did appreciated going here for drips, vitamin shots and facial injections. I feel unappreciated at this point and may have to find a new place. Here's my story... I was never verbally told what the Xeomin follow-up visit actually was for other than to see the results and take pictures. The first follow appointment I had was just pictures no sample vial adjustments were mentioned. After receiving Xeomin treatment for the 2nd time from Jill the results were vastly different on the vertical lines between my nose and upper lip. I called 2 days after the 3 week follow up window (I just simply had no days off work to make it in) to report I had some concerns with the results. They said I missed the window and would not be able to honor a sample vial touch up because I expired the window by 2 days. When I explained that it was never verbally told to me at any of my appointments that touch-ups CAN be made with sample vials, Jill apologized and mentioned it MIGHT be in the written documentation I signed off on. She offered for me to make an appointment with her associate Shawna for future visits or make an appoitment with her to JUST take pictures of the results. I feel like if you are an established patient and it is their work you are asking to be evaluated or adjusted it should be honored. We aren't talking 2 weeks after or 2 months after the policy; we are talking about 2 days. It's unfortunate for both parties when businesses don't see it to their advantage to be flexible or offer verbal full disclosure up front to take care of their loyal patients. So again... They are nice to you until they are not. I DO really think it's all about good business practice. A business is defined by how they treat their customers when experiences are not ideal. I know I am a small fish in the large pond of clients. My experience does not really matter and they will go on making tons of money but for my peace of mind my experience has now been recorded. After a particularly rough night, I had an IV here to help recuperate. It was just what I needed. They took me right away, provided me one on one counseling with the doc and then started the treatment right away, Everything is really clean and pleasant. I was given all the treatment options and there was no sales push to upgrade, though I did opt to do so given how bad I was feeling. During the treatment, I got really bad heartburn and nausea (not because of the IV, but from not eating all day) and the doc immediately gave me a pill to help stop the heartburn and an injection to stop the nausea. I recognize this review and star rating differs from all the five star reviews but it's still very much my experience and what happened. The staff was very good at calling and texting regarding scheduling, providing general information, and emailing new patient paperwork. They were able to get me scheduled same day, which is great. The clinic is conveniently located, appears to be clean, and professionally run. However, they didn't know that I had already sent in my paperwork. Asked me to do it again, and I asked them to look for my online submission. And then, without warning, I was given some screen to hold to speak to the doctor prior to my appointment. No idea it was going to be via tele health. Dr. Amin, while nice, was walking around (so he was constantly moving on screen) in what appeared to be his living room, with a messy background and a child playing, wearing a Star Wars T-shirt and a baseball cap. As a medical professional, I would never do any Doxy patient appointment like this. Super unprofessional. It was also very apparent he had not looked at any of my paperwork as he asked me about my medical conditions (they were there), my meds (also there), and then assumed I had done an IV drip before (not sure why he thought that). The nurse was professional and efficient. She was friendly. I watched one of the assistants wiping down the tablets and rubber (?) holders used to do the doctor visits and she literally wiped down the screens, not the handle part where we actually had to hold on to the tablet. That is not very sanitary, especially given COVID. I also took my computer and asked if I could do work and they agreed, no problem, but I didn't know the Wi-Fi password. I asked and the assistant somewhat rudely pointed out, 'it's right there,' as she pointed out a wall across from me with the login information. How was I supposed to even know to look for this? I did the Meyer IV drip and I literally felt zero difference then, or now, even hours later. It may have been $150 wasted. Not sure. However, and here was the kicker, when I went to pay, the assistant flipped a screen toward me and asked what I wanted to do? I thought I was supposed to enter my credit card information but instead, it was a screen asking what percentage of $150 did I want to tip? I've never been to a medical office where I've been asked for a tip. I was completely caught off-guard and randomly pushed something before turning the screen back to her. Again, very unprofessional. It's great so many other people have had good benefits from these services, but I don't want to deal with medical incompetency, poor attitudes, or unprofessional issues, so if I choose to do this again, I'll look elsewhere. read more
