I put my service request up and they were ready to answer within minutes which was exactly what we…read moreneeded, with a quote that we were good with, but then when it came down to it, it actually ended up being $75 more than the quote - I'm not sure exactly what changed but my husband just paid it, and hopefully our car will have made it safely to Scarborough where we know our mechanic will do the best job he can. Honestly just grateful to have this taken care of this morning as it's been pushed off a couple of days so thank you for being the one service provider who was able to get up and out, and come to us so quickly.

CAA dispatched them and they didn't show...nothing...but in order to collect $423 for the impound fee....CAA needs to lose them as their towing company immediately....and we are speaking to CAA to do just that right now.

Driver didn't even know he needed to deliver my car before 4 because the dispatch didn't tell him. Dispatch said too bad so sad. Tried to resolve it yesterday and lady kept talking over me and hanging up on me. They said that towing is like going to the hospital and that I shouldn't complain when more important things come up. I said they could at least call. I called looking for a partial refund because they didn't deliver as promised and I was told I was verbally abusive. Dispatcher was yelling at me, I told her she was the one yelling , she told me too bad and that I'm a "fucking loser" then hung up (they hung up on me multiple times while trying to sort things out) I would avoid this company at all costs, it's the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Now I'm out $160 and had to tow my car elsewhere. Bunch of scammers and so unprofessional.
