However the Doctor at Family Dental was fast, professional, and the procedure was completely painless. I got a cleaning and two caps put on in the time that my previous doctors filled a cavity. The doctor saved me from a root canal that a previous doctor wanted to do. The doctor was extremely thorough including full x-rays and consultation on my sensitivity to food and drinks. The doctor also thoroughly inspected work done by previous doctors. The staff was amazing, and made me feel at ease, even though I have not always been a fan of dentists visits. The facilities were clean and new looking equipment through out. I was extremely pleased and it's safe to say that this will be my dentist from now on !!!!!

I was in lot of pain as two of my wisdom teeth required extraction due to a severe infection. I could not fully open my jaw, and my regular dentist recommended Dr. Yudell. I felt very comfortable and confident after reading his credentials and reviews. Dr. Yudell was amazing from the beginning to the end. The extraction was painless and the recovery after the surgery was fast. I did not feel the need for pain killers after the procedure. The staff was very helpful and courteous; they also deserve 5 stars. I had called the office to make the initial appointment ASAP, as I was in lot of pain for three weeks. Although they did not have an immediate opening on such short notice, they accommodated me. An excellent team.

The offices are nice with the latest in equipment and the staff was very pleasant and professional, the dental tech took 10+ digital x-rays as soon as I sat down (included in the price of a first appointment - which is a super deal). Dr. Oh did the cleaning; it was by far one of the best cleanings I have ever had, and reviewed my teeth. We discussed a failing crown I knew about and he suggested a conservative approach in case I ultimately need a root canal! (Wow, I had this problem in the past and my last dentist never discussed, much less gave me options, regarding treatment). Dr. Oh was extremely professional, experienced, very thorough, answered all my questions, and didn't rush through the appointment. I really couldn't be happier - what a great experience. I have teeth sensitivity so use prescription toothpaste. Ran out of toothpaste so called the office on Monday and left a voicemail for a refill. Nothing happened till Thu, so called the office again at 9 AM talked to the receptionist was told I will get a callback. Didn't get a call till 4:40 PM so went to the office in person to get the prescription. Was told that the doctor is busy back to back and that I'm not the only person waiting. They will let me know when the doctor is available and if they will issue a refill. We are talking about Fluoride Toothpaste here not opioids! They called close to 5 PM saying as a one-time courtesy they will refill. However, going forward I will have to make a checkup appointment with the doctor only after that they will give me a toothpaste refill. So essentially, I need to see the doctor every month. This is in addition to my routine 6 month visits where they confirmed 2 months ago that my Oral health is just fine. Never had this experience with any other dentist.
