When I spoke with the office that told me that because of this 1 cancellation without prior notice I will now be an ON CALL patient. Meaning I will need to call the morning of and see if I would be allowed to bring my child that day, as many parents know this is impossible. I will now need to find a new dentist office for my child, who is more understanding of the chaos involved in being a toddler parent.

So I called again at a later time. My calls were morning midday and afternoon, but no answer. I waited an extra week, and when I called, they finally responded on the phone and said that they still waiting for the insurance to approve the dentures. unfortunately, months went by and I did not know that they closed permanently, and I was not informed at all. I ended up with no dentures after my gums healed in until this day now, I still have no teeth. Mind you, this started February 22, 2023. If You need to go to a dentist, go to Reliable Dental in Milford. They are awesome!

After a few couple weeks of getting the run-around, numerous requests were made to obtain records to complete the remaining procedures with another dentist, but no response. After going to the office and seeing the mail piled up for what appeared to be weeks, a call was made to CT State Dental Association. The representative indicated "Dr".
