The hygiene tech that worked with my was kind and understanding, Dr Fatse fixed my 2 cavities painlessly in less than 15 minutes!! He made sure everything felt right and didn't rush through. He also saw my 3 year old. Our tech that day was also amazing! My son had a great experience and left smiling. I couldn't recommend this office enough.

He explains what he would be doing and why it is important and also shows either on an x-ray or photo taken of the problem area, the issue. The expense is not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and I value having excellent dental care. My hygienist (Pam) also does excellent thorough work and always informs me of any issues and the best path forward.

Dr. Joy was absolutely incredible, she made sure to explain everything in detail. Put my mind at ease knowing exactly what was going to happen. She was kind and gentle, constantly checking with my son if he was doing ok. Her assistant held his hand and talked to him the entire procedure. Couldn't have imagined a better scenario. They had video games and a TV in the waiting room to distract him while we waited and the dentist and nurse were so gentle and kind. I have been coming to Dr. Chadys' office for quite a few years. I came to know him and his staff…read morewell after a serious accident that did substantial damage to my face. When you see someone for 13 dental reconstructive procedures in nine months, suffice it to say that you come to know the doctor and his team well. They were patient, supportive, attentive to my discomfort and alleviating it, and always clear on what they were doing and why. I've continued going for regular cleanings and checkups over the years and had no hesitation bringing in my son once he was old enough. My son literally loves going to the dentist and can't wait to have his teeth cleaned, see the equipment, and receive his little gifts at the end from the treasure box as well as a new toothbrush, etc. The staff are friendly and polite and good about reminding you about upcoming visits. The office is always impeccably clean and neat. I also love the large windows in most of the examination and cleaning rooms. I highly recommend Dr. Chadys and his practice.
