The manager explained to me the additional precautions that they're taking due to the ongoing pandemic. The location is prime--less than a block from the beach, and second-floor units even have a beautiful view of the ocean from the catwalk. The south end of the beach in Hollywood is great--close to the beach, close to bars and restaurants, but far enough from the center of the action on the boardwalk that it's still quiet and serene.
