The shower pressure and number of shower heads is incredible. Simply the best shower experience I've ever had and I've traveled the world.

Browsed the levels and Machines for 2 days. 13 hours total. Didn't win anything huge. $80-$100. Stayed even the 1st night, even after drinks, tips and food. 2nd night was the same. The food in the little diner was good. Good variety. I had fish and chips, which I was a little disappointed with because I asked the cashier and the cook how the fish was battered and they had no idea. They said it's frozen. I really wanted a beer batter or other fluffy batter. Was not really in the mood for panko or cornmeal type crust. . . and that's whatnot was. Aside from that the fish was super tasty and the fries were fries. I ordered an Indian Taco to go and requested all toppings in separate containers cause it was a 2 hr drive to my next destination. The fry bread was a little dense but of course it was good. I was a little disappointed to see all the toppings in one container. I didn't want hot soggy lettuce and tomato on my taco and I didn't want cold chili beans and cheese either. I tried to pick out the cold veggies to heat up the rest of the stuff but it was kind of a failure. Overall, it was a really good Indian taco. read more

Stopped here to stretch our legs while roadtripping. It's a small casino. It was a weird set-up as you have to go up a set of stairs to the second floor to find the cashier and the players club. The second level also has some games. $10.00 free play when signing or for a players card, always appreciate fee money to start with! There is a great mix of older and newer games and a great mix of expensive and cheaper games. A casino for gamblers of all budgets. No table games that I saw. The interaction with the staff was pleasant. I left ten dollars ahead so not much to complain about! One thing to consider is the smoke level in such a small space. It hits you in the face when you enter, I'm not sure if they have a big enough filtration center. If you are asthmatic or are don't appreciate a smoky atmosphere, you may want to limit your time or bypass. We did not eat or drink, therefore I have no comment on that aspect of the casino but I did enjoy the atmosphere (although I wish it was less smoky) and the gaming experience. read more

This casino is super small but located directly across the street from the dam. It had plenty of parking when I visited and was located close to some nearby hotels. It's a good place to kill time if you happen to be waiting for the laser show on the dam and don't want to sit outside in the weather. Inside you will only find slots and a restaurant. Surprisingly it is two stories, with a small amount of slots on the ground floor and a large patio area on the upstairs deck. This appears to be a good place to enjoy a drink and perhaps even take in the laser show. Not sure how well if at all you would be able to hear from this locale. They did have music playing on the patio when I sat out there. The bathrooms here seemed nicer than some of the other casinos I have been to. I enjoyed the Native pictures on the wall. They do appear to have free coffee/soda while you gamble but a sign alerting me I was not able to get my own discouraged me and on my early morning visit no one offered to get one for me. read more

I absolutely went back to the Spillway Restaurant inside the Coulee Dam Casino with my husband. I thought he would like their amazing food..We went on a Monday evening and tried to order food at about 1130 to go. We were told the only things they were serving were hoagies and Cobb salads. I was pissed! We were both very hungry. I checked online to make sure they would be open. After 10 the restaurant closes but they have a late night menu through the bar until 130am. We drove 45 minutes to get there for nothing and left hungry and disappointed! It was along 45 minute drive back home! We decided to go again..and give them another chance especially because my sister and I were so happy with our first visit. This time we went on a Saturday night. Before going I checked online..and even called! The restaurant didnt answer and I was re routed to the main operator I guess. I asked if they were open after 10 this evening. She told me yes. I told her last time we could only get a hoagie or cobb salad. She said no..they have late night menu through the bar until 130am. She had no doubt in her mind that they had food to accommodate the late night menu. And told me to "Come on in!" So we loaded up and took off on our 45 minute drive eagerly awaiting great food. It was shortly after midnight when my husband went to the bar to place our order. A few short minutes later, I received a text from my husband. It read," I'm having a beer at the bar. I got you a salad. The beer will tide me over till we get back home. They dont have any other food tonight." Shocked! I texted back telling him I didn't want a damn salad but he had already paid for it and bought the beer with the change. What??? I felt terrible! Twice I promised him a great dinner..and twice I let him down and he went away hungry! And to top it all off the salad was a tiny little salad. Not worth 15.00 that's for sure AND it was past its Best By Date!! The food was great once out of 3 visits. Obviously, one cannot depend on their website, an employee's answer on the phone for their open hours or whether or not they will be serving food as their menu states! Nowhere does it say prepackaged hoagies and outdated prepackaged salads on the menu anywhere!I Shameful! With gas being 5.15 a gallon ..it certainly wasn't worth 2 out of 3 11/2 hour drives. I had to give at least one star to be able to submit my review but really..No stars given! read more

Dismal and pathetic. The "casino" is just slots, the "restaurant" is staffed by people who apparently have no idea where they are or what they are supposed to be doing. The food is airport quality at best. It's like an episode of "kitchen nightmares" without Gordon Ramsey. Plus the whole place REEKS of smoke. It hits you like a wall when you walk in: old, stale, cheap cigarette smoke. I don't think anyone from there reads the reviews, but here's my suggestions 1) make the main floor smoking 2) make the second floor (where the restaurant and more slots are) non-smoking. 3) fire everyone in the restaurant. Get someone who has even a passing knowledge of customer service, bartending, and food handling in to start fresh. 4) consider adding a few gaming tables. You might get some fresh customers in there. read more

All of the reviews I previously read sound petty and a lot of complaints about things that is out of staff control. My husband and I travel to this casino all the time. And we always have a great time. The food is actually excellent. Even just a plain old sandwich is very good. Service may be slow sometimes but it is always very friendly service w a smile. They are servicing that entire casino, not just your table. The casino my be small, it's a small town! The staff is very friendly right down to the mid security team. It's nice to see them chatting h and enjoying their job and each others company. Just makes for a good vibe. Ans fave it. U want only good vibes when you're playing! I'm writing a review specifically about the food at the casino. Such a great place to stop in for food! I have been several times for food and take out during covid. The Cobb Salad hits the spot when you have a hankering for a salad loaded with yummy stuff, the French dip is really good, and the mushroom and chicken fettuccini Alfredo is my ULTIMATE favorite. I've been coming to this casino for several years and compared to all other casinos I have been to, 12 tribes is outstanding at making me feel welcomed. Every other casino I've been to, the security staff make me feel like I'm committing a crime just by walking through the door. The staff at 12 tribes recognizes me and is very friendly. The casino itself is pretty Smokey and limited, but this review is really just for the restaurant part. This hands down the worst eating establishment in town. This is the third time we have visited. The first time the service was pretty slow but we excused that since the restaurant part and deck had just been formally opened so perhaps had some teething problems. The food was ok. The second time the same slow service food was worse. This time we visited. Wow. Nothing better. Service was ridiculously slow to even acknowledge we had sat down and were in need of menus and drink orders. I finally had to go hunt someone down. They were busy chatting and tidying their menus in a neat pile at the front desk. I stood there waiting - they just walked off to play with some napkins. I went to the bar myself to get drinks. Waited. Waited for drinks. At this point we decided to eat elsewhere. Drinks were very expensive too. Save yourself some bother. Eat at Hometown Pizza or La Presa. I took a bus of seniors to Grand Coulee Dam Casino today 9/21/17 and two of my resident ordered hamburgers and they waited over an hour for there food, the waiter told them that the food would be right out in just a few mins, they waited another 20 mins and still no food they got up and left the restaurant, I sat down ordered a Hamburger waited 30 mins cut my Hamburger in half and it was raw so i went to cashier and told i was not going to pay for something that was not cooked right and left the restaurant very poor serves. read more

Some people you can never please, but I really like this little Casino...The renovations are great, and I realize they are not complete. As for the food, it is true, the service is slow,could be because they make each order fresh , but the food is good and prices are great. We are actually going today for Christmas brunch. Yes, smoking is allowed, but I find they have fairly good ventilation...If it offends you, don't go, simple as that. Keep up the good work Coulee Dam casino, I will continue to be a regular customer. The food is pretty good and very inexpensive, but the atmosphere is awful. The dining area is very small (only a few tables) and the gaming area is right next door. Frequently it is too loud to hear conversations and it can be difficult to hear your order number called. I also hate the fact that smoking is allowed inside the casino. I almost never eat inside because the smoke is so heavy it makes the food taste like dirt. If you're looking for a good, but cheap meal this is a pretty decent place. This has to be the saddest, dingiest casino in the state. All slots, no table games, tons of sad-looking people, a rather pathetic bar with extremely limited offerings. Little to no ventilation and no ticket machines, making it so one must go to the cage to cash the ticket out. Renovate the bar, choose some brighter colors, add some ticket machines, quality a/c and ventilation and then this casino would be tolerable. read more

Went there for lunch on a Saturday, sat out on the patio. They were not super busy. We waited 25+ minutes for a menu, waited another 30+ minutes for our drinks (Which we ended up going inside to get them ourselves) then another 30 minutes goes buy then we get our food. and the fries were soggy and cold as if they sat for a while. The burger was nothing as described/advertised on the menu. Not to mention the waiter did come out with our check we had to go in and get it ourselves. To top it off, the waiter charged us for someone else's ticket turned out to be a huge mess to "try" and fix it.... Coming from being raised and always worked in a restaurant environment. We ate outside on the patio. Not only were we not able to enjoy our meal because of all the bees, but the food was nasty. I ordered the fettuccine and after taking 2 bites I was done. It tasted awful. My friend ordered chicken fried steak, it looked like a microwave meal. We also ordered the coconut shrimp to share. We ate 2 shrimp each, and were done. Nothing about this meal was enjoyable. That evening I had to junp out of bed and run to the bathroom. I was sick from both ends. New restaurant review. Took for ever to get our order in. Even took some time to get waters. There were only 2 other tables with people in the place so not busy at all. Once the waitress took our order we never saw her again,LITERALLY . Was about 30 mins to get basic meals, nothing fancy at all. Food was ok. We had to ask for water and drink refills from the kid busing dishes. For the price NOT worth it. yes nice looking place with great view of the dam but that is about it. read more
