Extremely rude staff. They saw us have one drink out of 8 people in the parking lot and denied our entry. We had a civil conversation and they were still saying to get out of the lot. Lake Chelan RV Park, June 2025. We had reservations for 3 nights. Over a week before our arrival I had to cancel but when I called the number on our confirmation it was disconnected. I tried another number I looked up, same result. I was charged for one night on my credit card so after trying 3 more phone numbers I finally reached someone and was told that the charge was because I didn't cancel...even after I told him the phone number on my confirmation was disconnected. He said I would have to take it up with main office. Geez Guess I'll go through my credit card for a refund. read more

Very smoky inside the casino as they don't have a no smoking section. Went home smelling like smoke and had to air out clothes. Casino gambling itself was ok, they have lots of machines. Weekend was very crowded and weekday not crowded at all. Restaurant was closed for Sunday brunch and also had special event closing restaurant on a Saturday night. I have a new view on this casino. I am very happy with my treatment now. It has been nothing but great. Rita does a wonderful job accommodating us. She is always available and very attentive. I would love to see longer hours for food and cocktails served earlier than 10am. It's 5 o'clock somewhere right? Lol. When I am gambling, it's nice to have it. available sooner. Also, more new games. Since it is a smaller casino, new games would be GREAT. But, no complaints. We enjoy coming there, the staff is wonderful. One tip...a.place for pets!! It keeps me and other's from being able to come. It's either too hot, or soon, it will be too cold. We like to stay for LONG periods of time and having a place where we could bring our 4 legged children nearby would be a HUGE PLUS. DONT STAY HERE!!!!! Very disorganized staff with rude management not focused on customer service. They have employees tell you one thing that management doesn't back up resulting in us losing our campsite. We were in a group of 8 campsites. They wouldn't change them to individual names, the campground employees told us our group was all set, come to find out each campsite must register upon arriving or they give your site away. It cost us an extra $150 to have our RV rental moved to an extra area that had no sewer but we were told it had power and water. Come to find out it also didn't have water. The RV rental had no water stored because of the full hookup campsite we were supposed to have. They then would not budge on any discount charging us full price for that site. We stayed at the lake front rv spot. For 105.00 they put us in a spot next to the sewer. Never gave us a heads up on the smell. Couldn't eat dinner outside. We were going stay four days but left. We stayed at the casino RV park in Lake Chelan and walked to the Casino for meals and entertainment. We had lunch in the restaurant and the food was delicious and the service prompt. We also had two lunches at the cafe next to the gaming floor. We had their sandwiches and all the ingredients were fresh. Very friendly service. In fact the sandwiches were so good we bought an extra one to go for a later meal. The gaming was fun. All the machines we played were clean and working correctly. The staff is very friendly. This is a gem for the Lake Chelan area. We would highly recommend you visit the next time your in Chelan. read more

Rv park not boat friendly at all,even in February with only a couple others no boats allowed. Even though we did it three years in a row and just a week and a half ago. With nobody there and camper and boat all on the cement pad not in the road they can't let us keep a boat at camp, wanted me to put my boat with all my fishing in the parking lot, where all night cars a driving threw. Would not get any sleep do no point in staying there. Not accommodating at all. In the summer when it's full it would be different but February. Don't need my money for anything. Concert venue was so poorly planned, I had to help 8 different people find their seats after I finally figured out mine! Rows were marked with chalk very faint!! Then had to wait in the drink line for an hour to get a beer because they were pouring individual bottles of wine! This is not the place for wine tasting!!! This is a terrible casino. I was there on 4/16/2022 (Saturday night). I was playing a machine. When I went to cash out, the ticket only gave me $0.16 cents. It should have been $148.00. I didn't realize it until after I inserted my ticket into another machine. I alerted the staff about the issue. After an hour of following one of the staff members around trying to get my money back, I was told that someone else took my money from the machine and that I would have to track them down and kindly "ask" if they could give my money back to me. This was a machine error and this casino would not take responsibility for the error. They put the onus on me. They are shady and I will never return. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. Stay away from this casino... I've played in casinos all over the US... this has by far the coldest slots of All.. I don't mind losing , as you really go to play and hope to win... BUT!!!! If your license is expired expect to be turned away as we were due to fact my boyfriend's license was expired on June 29. (Although per the Governor there is an 90 day extension) We arrived at the casino ready to play Lobster Mania 3. But was thoroughly disappointed to find out the machines are no longer there. When asking an employee where we could locate them she replied that management had eliminated Lobster Mania 3, due to the machine not producing income for the casino. However they do still have Lobster Mania 2. Which starts at a 60 cent minimum bet & RARELY pays out. (Not even fun to play) Won't be returning to play any slot machines. This is a great little casino! The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is excellent our waiter in the restaurant was so sweet and knowledgeable of the menu. The variety of machines is great. They have old ones on one side and the newer ones w all the bells, colors, and whistles on the other side. Walk around, play more than one machine and you'll see they're not tight. After a long day of wine tasting and cheese enjoyment and a quaint but delicious dinner, we opted to go to the casino to end the day in the Lake Chelan area. This casino is well laid out and well lit. There is a moderately big parking area and I believe they have shuttle service to/from several location in the area. My friend wanted to go to Senor Frogs and I talked her into driving the three of us to the casino. I feel bad now because she wanted to dance. They have a very small dance floor in the back of the casino and although there was a DJ there, there was certainly no dancing on the dance floor on a Friday night....weird. Plus, it was super well lit so it didn't have the "feel" of the club. It wasn't even like a lounge bar type feel. Just lame. There was like one man "trying" to bust some moves on the dance floor by himself and he kind of looked like he was doing the "Elaine Dance" from Seinfeld (search it on YouTube if you don't know). That was when we were like...."Um......yeah....Imma hafta go now!" The slots were pretty good for me. I went in with $40 and left with $300 so that's good. I did only play 3 machines unlike my normal chair hopper self so maybe that's why. Anyway, I'd stop in if I was in the area as there wasn't a lot else to do later in the evening unless you drive to Chelan. read more

Yikes, what a poor quality place. We came for the buffet which was $20. The food was not very fresh, the buffet was so dirty and messy with chunks of food all over. Serving utensils were really dirty. The food was mediocre at best. Service was terrible. We couldn't get drinks or napkins. It was a depressing meal. The casino itself is pretty much like every small casino like this. If you are going for some of the slot machines it's probably a fun night, but I would avoid eating there. read more

Totally disappointed by horrific wait staff in their bar. By far the worst experience I've every had in any venue twice in a 3 day period. Everyone has an "off" day, so the first time I excused the pathetic, rude service as just that, an off day. Came in the second time and the negative experience was amped up to a new level of incompetence and just plain rudeness by the same "waitress" from the two days before. It was clear that the wait staff had blatantly ignored our table to serve what appeared to be "locals" during the Seahawks game. I spent a winter weekend in Manson to do some snowshoeing. I came to get some entertainment and dinner. I have had dinner at many casinos and usually can't go wrong with the prime rib. I was completely wrong here. I ordered a 14oz cut medium rare. I was joking around and asked if they had bread with oil, vinegar and a side of garlic and rosemary. The garlic was scooped out of a jar. The rosemary was so dry, and out of flavor I was eating pine needles. The steak was accompanied by overcooked broccolini that was not seasoned. The baked potato was okay because it didn't stand out as something bad. NOW let's talk about the steak. It didn't seem like a fresh roast. The plate had no evidence of blood. It was well done and there wasn't any fat I had to cut off. Once the plate was dropped off, I didn't get any service again almost like she knew it sucked. The casino does allow smoking and the smoke eater worked okay. There is plenty of slot machines but the best game there is craps. Free MMA event and the regular band is great. The DJ needs to be replaced. My suggestion is, go there for the gambling and entertainment. DO NOT EAT ANYTHING FANCY THERE! read more

This is possibly the worst casino I've been to. More employees (most unfriendly) than customers, and they were standing around *complaining* about everything. We were able to stay in one of their RV spaces with electricity without charge. They also shuttled us to meet friends for dinner at a local Winery. No one was getting pays on the slots and there was only Blackjack table open. Glad we tried it but I doubt we'll be back. read more
