The business is closed with a sign on the door but no-where online does it show this. it's the middle of the day on a Thursday and it's terribly inconvenient to drive all the way to the location to discover this information. very unprofessional. while it does say "temporarily closed", it does not offer when they will be back or reflect this on any of the advertising. very disappointing and frustrating. read more

I just bought a combo set of generic toner cartridges for my CLP 300 laser printer. They are supposed to be compatible with my printer but they don't quite fit - they're slightly longer than the original cartridges - and the gears on the ends of them are stiff and don't turn properly. First time I printed something it was fine. The second time, my printer started to make a loud clicking noise and now it won't print. I tried to use their live chat to help figure out the problem. The customer service rep barely speaks a word of english and it took them 20 minutes to even attempt to comprehend what my problem was (and I don't think they really understood). Their solution was to send me a PDF of my printer's manual and to ask if I removed the plastic packaging from the toner. When I called their 800 number to try to organize a refund, I got an answering machine. Basically, if you speak english, don't bother. I also read other reviews online that said they were fine for ink but now that I've tried it I wouldn't buy anything from these guys. Find someone else with better customer service. The one positive thing I will say is that when I used their LIVE CHAT through their website, I was able to get a return label e-mailed to me. So I don't have to pay for the return. I will update on how long it takes to get my money back. read more

I seem to write more negative reviews than positive when I should be giving a shout out to the great experiences I've had. I've been ordering ink cartridges for my HP printer for years now from this on-line company and you can't beat them. These cartridges are generic but are as good if not better than the ultra expensive HP ones and I spend a fraction of what HP charges. Also, the customer service is really great and I receive orders in apx. 2 days. Why would I go out and look for cartridges when I can sit in my PJ's and order from this company. I just sent back TWO cartridges. The first one was defective. I didn't realize this, because I didn't try to put it in my printer till the old one actually ran out of ink. The second one may not be defective, but it doesn't fit my printer. They said they would refund the money for the second one. Let's see if they do. And they said they can't supply a good one. This morning my father ordered some inkjet cartridges from 123 Ink Cartridges, and at lunchtime I went around to pick them up as I am unable to get there prior to them closing at 4:45pm. I got there just after Noon and they were apparently closed for 30 minutes. I note that on their hours of operation on their door that they are open M-F from 10am to 4:45; nothing about being away at lunch. Not wanting to make a second trip I waited for 30 minutes and then until 12:40; no sign of any staff so I left as I had to get back to work. My dad called at about 1 and it rang through to their voicemail; he tried again after 1:30 and finally spoke to someone. No apologies. Super pissed about their lack of customer service.
