Scheduling the project with LAVI was smooth, which made the whole project way less stressful. Lavi responded quickly to all of my questions. He showed genuine concern with my need for their services and the urgency of my project. When the crew arrived, they were right on time and got to work immediately. They were professional, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless when they were done. Everything was handled with care and the entire process went more smoothly than I expected. All in all I had positive results across the board. Great communication, excellent service, and a job well done. Highly recommended!

The clients/us wrote two emails to the Alliance Environmental Group LLC David Mouser twice in October Nov 2025 see attached asking what we need to do and David Mouser never responded " claiming now May 2026 ...that it went to his Spam" My email never went to his Spam when David Mouser got paid close to $5000 for the job..October 2025. Client/Us got final Gov Environmental Agency warning on April 2026 and escalated in April 2026 to David Mouser Manager, Patricia Smrz and Tammy Hurley. Clients/us filed the questionnaire with Environmental agency/Gov May 2026 which charged us a Penalty of $125 for late filing. This fee should never be on us/clients is only due to Alliance Environmental Group LLC ignorance. Client/us never File those forms I never did one in 16 years and now supposedly Clients have to do it as it changed in the last year so nobody told us that this is the case till April 2026. Unprofessional losers considering that non compliance with State Environmental Agency could be criminal in nature besides fines and penalties. Alliance Environmental had just to tell us " File it yourself" that is it. A bunch of losers. Stay Clear. Highly Unrecommended.

What do you do when your cat turns on the bidet upstairs at 1 am on a stormy winter night? Well,…read moreyou wake up at 2 am to a flooded bathroom and hallway, a flooded den below the bathroom, and a flooded laundry room adjacent to the den. At least it was fresh water instead of a poopy mess. In a bathroom flood, you find the good things where you can. But it still really was an awful thing to deal with. After an initial group did the immediate remediation, and the insurance company finally got back to us, Rapid Remediation and Restoration helped us get the house back into shape. Stephen and the team helped evaluate the damage and recommend repairs. They were super responsive and highly knowledgeable. His group has been working together for years and has a great rapport with their clients. They could handle all aspects of the project with great skill. I appreciate their presence and responsiveness. They are also some of the kindest people you'll meet. They made the process less painful than it already was. We had them do the following projects: Project 1 - Backyard cement repair. We had a source of water leakage on the "high side" of our foundation unrelated to the bidet incident, but with the heavy rain, we got some water in our basement through the foundation. The cement on the side of the house was demolished and then redone to flow the water away from the house's foundation. Project 2 - Flooded den repair and improvement. It was a big lift. First, they removed all the affected drywall (ceiling and walls) and treated the wood and underlying structures for any water damage. They evaluated the impact on the bathroom subfloor through the demoed ceiling. They assessed the window structures for any additional damage since we had noticed some leaking with the recent storms. They did a gorgeous repair of the wall that was partly exposed foundation and repaired the window sealant and stucco. They installed new ceiling lights and luxury vinyl plank over the tile floor (we had some for another project on hand). I work from that room and need it dialed. Project 3 - Flooded laundry repair. Another big lift. Demoed, treated, and repaired the drywall. They leveled the floor and fixed the small causeway between the den and the laundry room so the flooring from the den repair was consistent and level. I put a picture here, and we had it painted yellow on purpose. No judgment about the color! It is so lovely to have a happy and sunny room doing laundry. It was white before - just cold and industrial. Blech. Project 4 - Bathroom upgrade. The coup de grâce. Since the flooring had to go and the bathroom was quite dated, it was on the shortlist for home improvements before the cat-bidet incident, so we just said, f-it, let's do it! Since the decision to do the bathroom was not in the original plan, we had to work under time constraints and source all available items quickly through local hardware stores. Even though almost everything was updated, the bathroom highlights were installing a pocket door and changing the second-floor window to fit in such a tricky-sized room. PSA - if you are dealing with water damage, be prepared to make many decisions quickly. Do your research and have candid conversations with your remediation team. And for goodness sake, keep the bathroom door closed so your cat doesn't hit up the bidet bar after hours. RIP Sandy. And I didn't have a "before" picture of the bathroom, but imagine a 1976 bathroom that still needed to be updated--beige and well-used.
