Since you guys won't answer any of my emails and refuse to answer my calls. Maybe you will pay attention with this review. I hope this review allows me to post with zero stars. Because that's what this company deserve. 1. False online advertisement. $295 apparently should have gotten me 2-3 month delay instead I was told only 2 weeks. Paid Then time to go to sheriffs dept then file. After being told NO FURTHER FEES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ME BESIDE THE $295 Mind you I asked over and over again if their will be any court or "fine print" fees. Assured me ABSOLUTELY NOT LIES to then realize that although their was a notice to vacate posted at the residence after verifying with the actual sheriffs department they actually have nothing firm scheduled for at least "2weeks to take action" due to holidays and the fact that another notice to vacate will has to be served anyway. That's just their process. So. These fucking people put enough pressure and doubt and fear about the situation I was taking care of that ultimately left me with a 12 hour time frame to make my decision and this was prior to the whole contacting sheriffs and courts thing. It's what led me to pay the $295 when I did. Mind you all this fucking pretend company did was go online find the document that I needed anyway when the time would have came A FREE DOCUMENT that is available to the public that I couldn't investigate myself and find because of the lies and manipulation they pressed on me in order to rush a payment out of me. All this to find out. That the 2 weeks I should have been grateful for was something I was going to get anyway because of the actual process the sheriffs department goes by to begin with. Now can someone tell me how a free document available to the public should cost me $295 because they sure as hell didn't do a god damn shit for me. I WANT A REFUND. Horrible experience!! Took our money, told us we had time to file papers when in fact we did not. Lead us to believe we had another option, when we did not! Now we ask for a refund for $200 we gave them with intention they knew what they were talking about and now they avoid us and won't give us time of day!! We have called many times and get told person is out of office and call back, we call back and again he is conveniently still out of the office!! So sorry we ever trusted them!! These guys are amazing! We did not work out a deal renewing our office lease and our landlord who claimed to be negotiating with us, pulled a fast one. We got served, and they lied on their summons. We did not have the money to hire an attorney and were desperate. I called different places and everyone was very expensive and would not give advise unless we paid. I called 123 Law and they were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I felt dumb asking so many questions as this was all new to me. 123 Law Network are paralegals with access to Attorneys to help represent you in Court, is what they say. I paid them $1,995.00 back 1-13-20, that was the fee for I was told that my case for Illegal Foreclosure and Lis Penden would be ready in 10 days to 2 weeks. I still have not received that from Francisco (Owner/CEO) still says it is not ready & I have asked for a refund. I had a court date on 1-29-20, asked for him to refer me to an attorney to represent me in court. Francisco refused & said no one could do the job in this area, I didn't need an attorney anyway, they are worthless and I could do this myself. I could go and file BK again and it would stop things. I filed BK again; the judge sided with the opposing counsel since I didn't have counsel. I was filed with an eviction. Francisco told me to wait until I get the sheriff's notice then we go from there. Would tell me what we would do. Francisco still has not finished my filing. March 4, 2020, Francisco had me sign a document saying that I would pay him $895 to be deferred through the case that he was working on and be paid out of that case of the illegal foreclosure and Lis Penden. However, he filed a Rental agreement with a fake name on it (without my authorization and signed my name to it, as well as he wouldn't tell me what he was filing to stop this eviction. I was told it was their secret and none of my business, as well as getting upset with me for asking. I found an attorney to hire at the last minute to represent me in court by phone. The judge postponed the court for a couple of days to get the phone system set up for the attorney that I hired. Then the next day Covid19 shut down the court system. That is why I didn't get evicted as of yet, I have a good case told by several entities. I can't get Francisco with 123 Law Network to give me my money back, he has not done the documents for the illegal foreclosure or the Lis Penden, nor did he find me representation as requested. I need my funds back now! You have my information to send me my money back, NOW! I have already file with the Attorney General's Office, I told you that I would if I didn't get my money back on May 15, 2020. I am not joking; you are playing with my life, my living and my funds. 123 Law Network, specifically Francisco, really came through for me when I was in a dire situation. I got a sneaky 7 day eviction notice from my mortgage lender over a holiday weekend when there were few attorneys reachable and the ones I could reach couldn't be bothered with me. Thank God, literally for Franacisco! I had called him first and he told me to get a local attorney but after being turned away by dozens of them I called him back desperate and he knew exactly what to do in spite of not being an attorney himself. He helped put together an emergency Ex Parte motion for the Judge to get a stay from the eviction, he talked me through how to fill it out and how to go to the court house to file it. There were no guarantees that the Judge would grant the stay but thanks to the good team work of me and Francisco, the Judge accepted our Motion for a stay and thankfully I got 30 days to move. This was when NO OTHER attorneys would help me and I was a few days from being locked out of my home of 11 years by the greedy, lying, thieving mortgage lender Deutchbank/Central Mortgage. My first experience was satisfactory. It's a free consultation re eviction wherein the manager returned our rent check payment. I called 123 Law Network. Gerry advised that I give back the check to the manager's office and say I have legal rights and that they have legal responsibilities, they can get our check payment back anytime they want it. I am writing a review regarding this co 123 lawnetwork. I want to say that Francisco and his counterparts are crooks. Im a single mom with 3 kids and i went to them for help re: stopping a lockout and was told to deposit 295.00 in their account and they would help me. Well fitst Francisco dud not disclose all my options to stop lockout .instead he had us drivung 3 hrs to a sherrifs office to take a paper for them to sign .when they first openede but when we got there they said they had alreadygone out . i tild Francisco they said tney go out as early as 6 am he said tney dont. So i believed him. I was told by the sherrifs office we didnt have to even come there we could have waited at tne house and gave the sherrifs the form. To sign at thst time. When i called and told. 123 lawnetwork me and my 3 kids were locked out i wad told by 1 the men who answered the calls first he laughed and said it was my fault not tneirs and. Yelled at me and was very distespectful. I then stated to him thst someones misfortune is not funny. Then when i spoke to Francisco and adked him why he didntgive me tnd other option he didnt reply.
