Carol and her team brought such professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail--our entire group was blown away. The passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour were a perfect opener--especially the Tuscan bean bruschetta on cucumber rounds and the chilled gazpacho shooters, which were both refreshing and beautifully presented. For dinner, the buffet was exceptional. The marinated flank steak and barbecue chicken were huge hits, but the whole salmon filet and grilled summer vegetables stole the show for many. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Carol & Romy were both a joy to work with--thoughtful, responsive, and clearly passionate about what she does. We would not hesitate to work with her again for future events. Highly recommend!
