I tend to portion out all my meals for the day which has become super easy since ordering my protein in a bulk orders which are delivered twice a week fresh and never frozen. This is a little known secret here in southern CT. I had a tough time finding a place for pre-cooked meals as I don't cook and get home late from work. It is great to get meals delivered once weekly so you can come home and not think about what to have for dinner. Meals heat up right in the microwave in the containers provided. So much healthier than a frozen dinner. Meals are filling. There is a bunch to pick from so not feel bored and a great selection of weekly specials. One of my favorites is the BBQ chicken with sweet potato fries. Josh is also great! He is always accommodating. The owner, Josh, is awesome! I travel a lot for work, so I don't always remember to place my order before the deadline, but Josh always emails to check if I wanted an order that week or not.
