No other service was open or available. When I called Prompt Limo service and the owner said he would be there for us. Without complaint and super friendly service at 2:30am! It was not a planned pick up but he went out of the way to see us safely to the hotel. He also helped me in a pinch bec I had to go back to the GSO Enterprise before a certain time the next morning. The car was great, the kindness he gave was superb and the rates very reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend this service.

Five minutes later got a call saying they were just leaving the office and would be there in 20 minutes. I told them to cancel the car and I drove myself to the airport. Do they not realize that airlines do not wait for you if you're late. (I retired zero stars, but apparently the minimum is one star.)
