At about 945 I texted the number I had been communicating with to get an update since no one was here - I received a response that Sarah, the cleaner, needed to stop for some supplies and was running a bit behind but would be there soon.She arrived at about 1015 and only had a small bucket of a few cleaning supplies. I mentioned that I had a vacuum in a closet that she could utilize - she thanked me and we discussed that I needed my house deep cleaned as I as getting ready to list it for sale. She was here until about 2:45 when she ubrutly left and said "well that's all there is plus im out of supplies". She never attempted to collect payment or ask if I was okay with the status of the house. While she was here she took multiple phone calls while working to discuss her legal issues and how to get her car out of impound. She cleaned my floors by using a swiffer wetjet - that was in the closet with the vacuum. If im paying for a professional cleaning service, you should not be utilizing a swiffer to clean my floors. Every room in my house is still dirty and I am going to have to now spend hours cleaning. The kitchen still has obvious dirty floors, the stove looks worse than it did before she arrived and she didn't even clean the outside of the cabinets, let alone the inside. The walls in the bedrooms were still covered in dust and I found a spider still chilling on the wall in one so I don't even know what she did while she was in there. While no money was wasted - I've wasted hours of my time. (And im still perplexed she left without ensuring I paid for the services of the company she works for).

I found April through a quick Google search of cleaning companies near my home. I was pregnant and…read morejust about to have my little one and needed to clean but wasn't able to do so myself. I was very impressed with the price that I was told over the phone which was about half of other cleaning companies with corporate ties. Another plus was that she offered in home estimates and very clearly stated that she would work with whatever I needed done. When she showed up, I was happy with her appearance as I have had some people who come and look a little shady or smell of smoke. April and I talked price and I was very happy and she started right then. I only wanted my bathroom and kitchen cleaned and she did a great job on both! She supplies all her own cleaners, rags and towels and handwashes floors which I loved. The only thing she doesn't bring is the vaccuum which I was completely ok with. The only downside that I saw was that she took an hour to clean a small bathroom and that only left a half hour (from amount of time for the job that we negotiated) to clean the kitchen. The kitchen did not get as clean as I had hoped because of the time crunch. In her defense, I'm sure the bathroom needed a really heavy scrubbing. I would suggest that anyone who uses her services just be up front about where you want her to concentrate because she will do an amazing job on the whole thing but whatever she starts on will probably get the most attention. I am going to have her start in the kitchen next time and then move on from there. I would highly recommend using her service for anyone who needs a little help with cleaning but can't afford the high priced companies. Why pay more for the same service or why pay more when a real person can get your money to pay their bills instead of a large corp?
