Recycling Services: electronics and ink recycling But the biggest discovery was free online returns for Amazon and other retailers merchandise. It has simplified my return process one hundred percent. I purchase regularly at Banana Republic and Gap. The return/drop off process is easy. On the respective retailer's website, I just hit Return and options appear: mail back, return in store or do a Happy Return, Happy Return offers several places such as UPS store or Staples. Then a Happy Return barcode is sent to my I Phone and present to store I selected. There is a time frame, usually return must occur within three days. At this Staples, there are two different spots to process Happy Return: one for Amazon in the rear of store and the other near the entrance. The employee scans my Happy Return barcode then each item and I'm good to go. Most retailers process refund quickly, some same day or within 1-2 days. Every return I've processed here has been processed quickly and courteously; you can say a truly " Happy Return" experience!
